Hegde Farm Stay

The most horrible place to stay surprise to see how come booking.com even entertaining such places. The owner was absolutely irresponsible on even attending the call he was least bothered to inform that there is no food and tea provided. We paid almost 7k for spiders net and spiders moving across the rooms also there was no attendant, water abruptly stop. As it was late night and water supply was out we had to ask the owner to start the supply. For that he took almost half an hour to open the door to address our problem. There were bees flying in the room and they said that's normal. Absolutely very very very very and very unsafe for girls. They say it's 4 km from main road but it's absolutely a remote location

Lovely place .It's surrounded full by nature . If we are lucky we can get to see peacocks as well. The hosts are good very much hospitable.Also there is a famous ganapati temple nearby to it. Only thing is It's a little far from main Udupi City around 30 kms , so we need to have our vehicle for comfortable stay. Food can be ordered from Swiggy , also Pakashala is available on the Highway nearby to the stay. Overall it is a nice place to halt for a different experience amongst the nature .

I stayed at this farm stay for a couple of days & it had a quite peaceful environment in the middle of forest. The rooms were decent, however, i felt that the location was bit far from malpe beach & we had to travel atleast 20-30 kms to visit places.

We stayed here for 3 nights and I must say it was really really beautiful. Sabyath and his parents are so super friendly. It almost felt like a new home. They also helped us getting a Riksha (which always arrived in about 10 minutes time) and also ensured that we have everything we need. The area is located in the forrest and is really beautiful and peaceful. Also Zomato is available in that area, but there is also a nice kitchen where we could do some cooking. We really enjoyed our stay and we can strongly recommend this place.

We stayed there between 6-8th Dec'22. It was a family vacation. Highly recommended for families, even for bachelors too. Only thing is food is not served by the hosts but they can get it through online. Lovely hosts and always ready to help what ever is the request. I wud love to go back again...!!!!

Me and my family had a great stay with peaceful nature around and the host and his family members were so supportive and great hospitality provide thanks. Highly recommend !!!

Most pleasant experience of staying here. Hosts were very friendly and helpful on all occasions.
