I wouldn't say the rooms were amazing. The washroom wasn't that good and AC had issues in between, but the bed was big and comfy. There was no tooth brush provided. The poolside restaurant is Amazing. Food is delicious and very good staff. Nice place to chill. A big lawn to walk around as well. Overall happy.

I had been to this place for new year party along with my extended family. The place was a decent stay. Only the rooms were good. Room service was pathetic.. The staff had the audacity to refuse tea requests upfront stating they have no milk to prepare tea! Secondly, Food wasn't good either. The dishes smelled of stale oil. When the resort knows they are hosting a party for a large number of people they must be prepared with all the required stock and staff. Third, the DJ for the new year party was hopeless. The new year countdown happened after two minutes the clock stuck 12! The complimentary breakfast was very hopeless. Overall I would not prefer this place nor will I suggest this place.

In my opinion, this is a great place if you are looking for a quick getaway from the daily hustle. Very close to apartments like SNN Raj Serenity and Prestige Song of the South, it is very well maintained. I can't comment on the rooms as I have never stayed in one, but I spent a few hours in their restaurant every weekend. They have a decently well-stocked bar and good food. If you are looking for a place to spend some quality time with friends and family, I would recommend Vistar.

Vistar Resort and Hotel offers a good location and friendly service, but the cost feels a bit high for what you get. The room was comfortable, but a bit outdated, and the amenities were average. The on-site restaurant was decent, though nothing special. Overall, it's an okay stay, but a bit overpriced for the value.

Nice place to conduct small events. Have ample of parking space and decent rooms. Poolside restaurant is their USP which is best enjoyed during dinner! Overall a great place to party with friends and/or family.

Service wasn't better apart from current captain( 30/03/25) and his attitude. He should learn to give proper service ti customer we are not coming there to get free. He avoid saying his identity. We asked him to call owner. He refused to connect with that higher authority. We stopped arguing with him, and we will suggest our friends and family not to prefer this particular place with Screw resort, which is located on Bannerghatta Road.

I've been here the 4th time again. Every time the portion of serving decreases, the male waiters becoming ruder day by day No humility & showing lots of attitude. The guy wearing specs ( Uttam from Karnataka) The North Eastern boys & girls are 100 times better.. The chef is not very experienced. While trying to give tips on the dish to be prepared, the waiter with specs was showing displeasure & immense attitude, interrupting me in between. It was a business meet & I needed a quite serene location. Overpriced & one male staff with a bad attitude spoiled my day by 20%. ..

The stay was reasonably okay. The main problem one should know is that there is no lift, so always ask for a ground floor room if you have a problem with climbing. Breakfast does not start before 8 is another issue. Rest is okay during our stay. It is a spacious resort. The location was near to our venue so it was comfortable for us.
