UDUPI YATHRINIVAS

We booked a Non AC room through Agoda. I don't know if it is because of Agoda- because Agoda service is already crappy, we were not happy with the room condition. Only Cash Payment accepted. UPI mode available but no card reader. The room was new, hence comparatively neat. However the bathrooms had some strange smell lingering around, which even seeped into the room. No TV in the room, no towel, no soap, not even a mosquito coil- Just a room. Rooms of better quality will be available for a cheaper price near the temple. The only thing we liked was the location. The Temple, Bus stand, shops - all were at a walkable distance.

Easy to find. Location near Shree Krishna temple. Shopping mall and market is near. Small hotels, restaurant, shops are near for meal. Auto, Bus stops east to get near this lodge. Service good and quick. Good management. Manager (Akshay Kumar) and room boy good hearted. UPI payments option available. Cash payment option available. Room clean and neat. (My room was double bed) Fan/ AC available. (Charges apply for AC) Non AC and AC room available. Clean bathroom and toilet. (No black or any dirty brown colour in bathroom) Hot water option available. Small table in room to keep bags or small items. Clean mirror in room or in bathroom.

For a budget traveller, this is an ideal hotel for stay. Modern, updated rooms, both A/C and non-A/C, with geiser for hot water. Light on amenities (towel, soap etc.) unless requested. Great location, walking distance to Udipi Sri Krishna temple. Right on a main road with restaurants and shopping nearby. Comfortable stay. Peeve: 5:30 AM mandatory wake-up call from nearby mosque - it actually helped me get up early for the temple 6 AM service.

Very well located. Has all the necessary facilities in place. Close to vegetarian food restaurants and Udupi Sri Krishna Temple. Had a good stay.

This is an amazing choice in this area as rooms are completely new and utterly clean. Staff is genuine and friendly. Prices are very reasonable as compared to the competitors in the area.

The rooms are safe and located in prime place. However AC could've been connected before booking rooms. I changed room on my next day of stay.

Present near Udupi Krishna matt, walkable distance to the temple and near the city bus stand.
