The rooms are clean and neat and the service was good. The best thing is the location. Very close to Krishna temple, bus stand and railway station. Maple beach is 20 minutes away and easily accessible to most of the popular food places. We stayed here on a girls trip. It was very comfortable and safe. The price was very reasonable. I had seen mixed reviews while booking. But th stay was so good. Highly recommended

Disappointing Experience - Poor Service & Unethical Billing Our stay at Udupi Inn was disappointing due to multiple issues with service and management. 1. Lack of Basic Hospitality - Upon check-in, we requested a room upgrade, which was fine. However, when we asked to use the restroom while waiting, the staff outright refused, showing zero consideration. 2. Unhygienic Environment & Mismanagement - After having our food, we cleaned up and disposed of the waste properly. However, by morning, stray dogs had scattered the garbage across rooms. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff unfairly blamed us for it. 3. Billing Issues & Hidden Charges - At check-out (8 AM), the staff did not provide a return bill despite prior discussions. When we requested a GST bill, we were suddenly asked to pay an extra 18%, which was never mentioned before. This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable. Overall, the poor customer service, unclean surroundings, and misleading billing practices made for a frustrating stay. Would not recommend this hotel unless management improves its service and ethics.

* Udupi Inn, located near Court Road, offers junior suites suitable for families. It was easy to find the location and we have booked a junior suite for 3 adults and 2 children's. Amenities include toiletries, towels, hot water, a television, air conditioning, and power backup.The hotel provides comfortable beds, parking, and cooperative staff. The complimentary breakfast provided to us was very poor as they purchased from a very local hotel. Have informed my disappointment to Suresh during check out. While the complimentary breakfast was unsatisfactory, the room was clean and the overall experience was positive, making it recommendable for families and individuals. The Udupi temple is conveniently close by. (1km)

This is not a home stay, only the rooms are very crowded. If you take it as a home stay, they have given rooms to one person in one place and the other in one place. The beds are not good. Ac not working washroom no water . They asked every customer who came and gave them a rating. Extra bed extra money This Udupi home stay is the worst. Please don't go there.

Such a neat and beautiful property. It's located very close to the bus stand, Krishna temple, eateries, shops, etc. yet it has a very calm and serene vibe. The caretaker Suresh was literally a saviour and took care of every need within minutes. They even kindly provided hassle free early check in. Have very convenient modes of transport options nearby to avail from. Don't even think twice before booking. Absolute value for money and great experience!!

Udupi Inn was a fantastic experience! The location is ideal, with all the essentials nearby, and the ambiance is calm and welcoming. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, with great attention to cleanliness. The staff here really goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle in a cozy, quiet corner of the city. We (a couple) stayed here for two nights. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and well equipped.
