The room was a huge disappointment. The bed was the only piece of usable furniture, but even that felt uncomfortable and poorly maintained. The bathroom was unclean, with visible grime and an unpleasant odor that made it difficult to use. To make matters worse, the entire room had a foul smell that made the stay unbearable. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, showing little interest in addressing any of these issues. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's clear that cleanliness, comfort, and customer service are not priorities here.

These people are scammers. I made a booking with them on December 26, 2024, which was fully acknowledged by their system as can be seen from the attached pic. On the day that I was supposed to check in, I get a call from the hotel management saying that there are no rooms to be given and the booking platform apparently was not authorised by them to take bookings. As irritated as I was with the establishment for doing a last minute cancellation, I let it go as I was traveling with family and I had bigger headaches of getting a room to stay the night. After finishing my trip I decide to mail them back and request for a refund and the establishment has the audacity to tell me that they cannot give me a full refund as they get their money from the booking platform after deducting their commission and that would be around 300-400 less than the amount paid by me. Even that amount would take 15-20 days to be returned. When I told them that it's unfair that a customer has to suffer because of the mismanagement from their end, they nonchalantly said that it's the best they can do and if I need anything better then I have to take it up with the booking platform myself and they would just wash their hands off this issue. It's important to note that people indulged in the services industry, especially the hospitality business need to understand that the customer should not be taken for granted and also reputation is very important. I don't think I would ever recommend this establishment to anybody as I don't think their intentions are of doing proper business.

Dangerous place to stay. Never ever try to stay here. Staff is behaving like goons. Better stay there in railway platform itself. Never ever, such a bad experience in my entire life..

Rooms are not clean... Staff are behave rudely.. They not provide hot water also collect money very well ... Totally bad experience don't book here the rooms....

Rooms were not at all cleaned. The condition of the bed sheet and blanket given was pathetic. They won't show you rooms unless you pay the full amount. The amount is not refunded even if you didn't like the room also. There is no other lodge near the railway station so they're doing this. You can get better rooms at same rate if you travel ~2 km in an auto from the railway station to the town or near to the uduppi temple
