Owner is good. But reception staffs behaviour was worse. His way of talking is also not good, this hotel lacks all the basic facilities no soaps, handwash, phone, even they won't allow us to bring outside food that they can't get us either. The service is not worth the money. Very expensive for such kind of hospitality.

Very poorly maintained property and shabby and dusty rooms. We took the room for the purpose of freshening up and changing, but it was pathetic to even spend couple of hours there: The bathroom was pathetic with cockroaches. The chairs/sofa in the room were full dusty and not even worth spending few hours.

A Very good stay experience in this hotel...the main advantage is it's very close to udupi city bus stand ....and buses are crucial public transport network to travel in udupi... Talking about the rooms, it was a quality experience, with a good view... Suggestions: Rooms stink a little bit due to moist air... Install room freshners ... And do something for cockroaches in the bathroom...

The behaviour of the staff was rude insensitive and ignoring.... location is good but room were not clean and well maintained..

We took a A/c room very cold and quiet but it is very close to the Jama Masjid so if you are taking a room without A/c you might get disturbed as there was a festival the day we visited and we couldn't hear anything but may on the lower floor or non AC room may be inconvenient if you are planning on sleeping and waking up early in the morning

Rooms and bathrooms are not clean, hardly 3 Cars can be parked at the parking lot. Not recommended for Families.

Very poor condition bedsheets and room. Bathroom flush damage fully. Full of dust
