Meenakshi Inn

Excellent Hotel. Had been to this Hotel (Meenakshi inn) last month (Apr 2025) along with family, I must admit that the rooms are very well maintained , fare of the rooms are not much considering the facilities they provide, staffs are well mannered. Overall a fantastic hotel in Udupi.

Best location, all auto know due to the Adarsh Hospital and also all the important places are accessible within a km. Super clean, very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, lift available and basement parking is the best as in city area parking is difficult to find. Very secure for solo female travel, highly recommended for families as the restaurant is right next to hotel. Thank you for your hospitality for the 3 nights!

- The thing I really liked about this place is everything is of good quality here - room tiles, TV, ceramics, plumbing fixtures etc, looked like they didn't compromise on quality at all. - Rooms were neat and clean. Heard few noises from the street at night as the rooms we got were street facing. - Very close to Krishna Matha temple (~700 meters and need to cross couple of roads), we walked to the temple. - Pai Tiffins restaurant is right next door, can access it for a quick meal and tea. - Parking is available in basement for 6-7 cars (security guard not present to guide parking). Not sure how they manage if it gets full - just call and check. Street parking won't be possible as it is a small street (opposite to a hospital). - Reception staff during night shift was very friendly and processed all our requests without any trouble. - They do not have a kitchen but they allow online food delivery - they provide plates and cutlery as well. Overall, I 100% recommend this place.

Budget friendly hotel with extremely clean rooms and bathroom was also very clean. Walkable distance to Sri Krishna Mutt. Very well maintained.

Very nice and clean accomodation and luxury stay nearby to the Sr Krishna Math. Affordable family stay with a veg restaurant next building. Preferred and recommended stay in the heart of Udupi.

Room is very small and congested. I stayed with my wife and kid in double deluxe AC room and we struggled a lot due to space. Bad Odour was coming out from bathroom outlet pipe and we experienced like vomit sometime. Its overrated and doesn't worth, overvalued. 2 stars only for location which is near by temple.

Checked out today,had a great stay. Neat clean hygienic rooms. Bed linen was washed. Centrally located. Have family rooms accomodating 5 people. Loved this hotel. Would like to stay every time we visit Udupi. Best breakfast and meal facility in the restaurant on ground floor.

Meenakshi inn - known for its excellence in service and quality stays that leaves u too feel amazed ! I stayed here for 3 days and must say it's the best experience ever Room service , hygiene , stay location can be given 5 star without any second thought!
