I had a disappointing experience with this booking. The manager's attitude was indifferent - they either give a curt response or ignore calls and messages, even when you reach out with inquiries or concerns. Once the booking is finalized, they seem to stop caring entirely. The situation gets worse upon check-in. The hotel staff, knowing you booked through the manager, are uncooperative and dismissive of any requests. A hotel stay is supposed to fulfill your needs and provide comfort, but that expectation was far from met. Even when issues arise, calling the manager is futile - they never answer. Instead, they contact the hotel staff to inquire about the situation without addressing you directly. This lack of professionalism and communication ruins the overall experience. If you're planning a pleasant trip, avoid the hassle and frustration of dealing with such unresponsive service. It's simply not worth the trouble.

Best experience to stay with friends during my previous vacation. Rooms are clean, and washrooms also clean. The manager was so helpful and made an easier way to book the room.

Hi..!! It was a last minute booking and got this budget friendly place.The rooms were clean with fresh linen provided,the toilets were clean with no bad smell.Walkable distance to the temple and lovely sea food restaurants too closeby.The staff were kind and helpfull too.They arranged a nice taxi for me and room boys were very friendly and gave info about the city.Overall enjoyed my stay in Udupi and will recommend the place to folks who want to visit the city.Last thing I forgot is the tariff they charge is really worth it for the amenities they provide.I also checked out late and the Manager was considerate enough to not charge me extra.Chhheerss...!!

This is not good place to stay family. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's unfortunate, as the location is convenient, but the environment and amenities fall short. Outdated furniture and decor. Cleanliness was not up to par. Poor ventilation and stuffy air. Limited natural light. The room's design, particularly the glass doors, made for an uncomfortable and insecure. it was a letdown due to the overwhelming bad smell. Room was not well-maintained, with visible stains and dirt.

Affordable price, neatly maintained Rooms and good service. Good place for family stay. Situated at centre of the city. I highly recommend this place.
