This is a perfect place to stay! The rooms are very clean and equipped with AC. The owner is extremely humble and helpful. We booked a 2 BHK for two days at a rate of Rs. 4500 per day, which was totally budget-friendly. We even lost the flat key at the beach, but the owner provided an extra key without charging anything extra. Highly recommended!

Special thanks to Arun, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The host arranged autos for us, assisted with laundry, and provided mosquito repellents in every room. It was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The mattress is as hard as a rock and when we asked the owner about it he said it's not a 5 star hotel. The towels shed and stick to the skin when used. The breakfast was ice cold and when we enquired about it the staff spoke out loud and asked to not give us the breakfast. Mind you we paid for that. And we paid 4.8k a night and it's the worst place ever. The owner was super rude and was rising his voice at women, he was making very rude gestures and honestly I was afraid he might be aggressive. Please don't stay here. It's horrible. We initially planned on staying for 2 days but we left in one day. The room, service and especially the owner was horrible.

Good hospality,best place stay near Malpe beach, value for money & must try there food it's 100% homemade. Mr Arun owner of the property is very helpful. Care taker Mr Rama is very helpful. Overall worth for money to stay there.

Found this place last moment while going on a new year trip to Udupi with friends. Really great arrangements and rate provided to us to fit the entire group. There's a fridge provided too. Food can be delivered from nearby places like Malpe Home Lunch. Worth a guest favourite AirBNB easily if listed.

Arun was an amazing host, very friendly and also provided all the necessary services required including booking an auto for us to commute. Rooms are great value for money!
