Delta Beach Homestay

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, and Everything about the stay was exceptional. It was clean, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Utterly Unprofessional and Irresponsible Service I had an extremely disappointing experience with this host. I made a phone booking and went out of my way to confirm it twice--once via phone call and once via message. The host responded "ok" both times and didn't provide any further payment instructions. I assumed everything was in order. However, the day before our stay, when I called to confirm again, I was told the booking had been given away because no advance payment was received. The excuse? The host claimed they had too many requests to manage properly and he is overwhelmed and want to run away from this business. If you're running a hospitality service, basic professionalism and organization are non-negotiable. I would have happily paid the advance had I been informed of it, but to agree to a booking and then back out last minute is simply unacceptable. This level of irresponsibility and lack of communication is frustrating and completely unprofessional. I cannot recommend this service to anyone. Avoid at all costs if you want a reliable experience.

The location is excellent. The room is small. It only suits for bachelors. You can enjoy great view but even for a basic tea and coffee we need to go atleast 4 kilometers

Great place to chill. Best suitable for bachelor's gang . Nice beach view . Peaceful and not crowded location. Suitable for family also but have to adjust few if you are coming with family.

Had a pleasant stay at this place, very nice location, next to beach one side and few meters away the river An estuary point. Can enjoy a private beach kind of environment next to the stay Owner Mr Alok was very supportive/friendly helped with all arrangements with regards boating, mangrove visit, had full knowledge of entire area, provided best eating and visiting places. He will help us getting local delicacies delivered to the stay from near by eateries at reasonable price. We had a very good stay/trip. Dinner arrangements next to the beach was a great experience. One of the best destination. Awesome view point. Hassle-free, easy access to Beach. Alok the owner is very friendly and kind. Kitchen is available for guests, if interested in cooking your own delicious food. Peaceful and happy place to stay with your loved ones. Awesome sunset view from the terrace and balcony. Photography freaks will love it. Must visit..!

The homestay is located right in front of the beach and the owner and caretaker are very responsive and helpful. However, there are some cons to the property: 1. The rooms are not worth 3.5k per night - they resemble a cheap OYO 2. The facility lacks basic setup and cleanliness - no dustbins in rooms and bathrooms, cobwebs in cupboards and on windows right above the headboard, no basic toiletries. 3. There are not very good food options in the vicinity atleast for vegetarians and one has to go to Udupi to grab meals. 4. The route to the homestay is pretty unsafe at night.
