Panchavati Homestay

I had an amazing stay at this homestay! The location is perfect--just a short walk from the beach, making it an ideal getaway. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with AC and fresh water, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hospitality was exceptional; the owners were very cooperative and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Their warm and friendly service truly made the experience memorable. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay near the beach, I highly recommend this place!

I stayed on this new year the rooms were well maintained and the hospitality had a great experience, very friendly people and easily to approach. They're helpful in all possible ways had a good stay will recommend for family.

We (a family of 4) stayed here for 5 days. The rooms, service, location, hospitality everything is 5/5. Vijet took care of us right from day 1. He helped us in planning the itinerary as well. Without his help our trip wouldn't have been this amazing. It is located around a kilometre away from Malpe so the location was also a great help for us to explore Udupi. I would recommend this stay to anyone on any day.

Best property near Maple Beach. Value for money. The landlord is very nice and kind. 10 min walk from Malpe beach. Cleanliness 100%. We stayed for a week. The location is quiet and away from the beach crowds. Ample free parking space. Overall we had a great relaxing time and will definitely recommend those who are looking for a quite affordable and clean place to stay.

Clean and good rooms with close proximity to Malpe beach and ample parking space, one thing to keep in mind, carry your own towels

The property is good and newly built, it's the road touch property and can be easily accessible to Malpe beach...The owner is very helpful and friendly..

Helpful host. Comfortable rooms located nearby malpe beach with walking distance of 15-20 mins. There is good frequency of transport (auto, bus) on the road. Only con is there is not much eateries and restuarant nearby. So one has to make sure they have their meals when they headout, which would be near malpe beach area. There are small snacks and general stores at walking distance from this homestay. Good for family and group stay.
