I had booked the resort for an entire day to celebrate a special birthday event, but it turned out to be a nightmare. Despite confirming all the arrangements in advance, the management was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the event. They were uncooperative and unwilling to accommodate even basic requests, which put a damper on the entire celebration. From the very beginning, their attitude was dismissive and condescending, making us feel unwelcome. Simple things, like ensuring proper service and coordination, were mishandled, and every query we had was met with rude responses. Instead of enjoying the day, we were constantly dealing with their poor behavior and lack of courtesy. I regret choosing this resort for such an important occasion. If you're looking for a place with hospitable management and good service, I suggest looking elsewhere. This place completely ruined what should have been a memorable day

Hi everyone, We booked this venue for a birthday event 20 days in advance. Initially, the owner seemed wise and calm, but on the day before and the day of the event, he began making unreasonable demands, saying that only staff could enter the resort. He hindered the event management team from working effectively. When we tried to address the issues on the event day, he was rude and unprofessional, lacking basic courtesy. It took us raising our voices for him to pay attention, and he continued to disrupt the workers. I strongly advise against booking this venue for any occasion; the owner is extremely difficult to deal with.

Worst Management,I had an extremely disappointing stay at this resort. The rooms were far from clean, with stained sheets and a terrible odor. The service was shockingly slow and unresponsive - it took hours to get any basic requests fulfilled. The food was subpar, both in quality and taste, and definitely overpriced for what was offered. To make matters worse, the amenities advertised were either unavailable or in terrible condition. The pool was dirty, and the promised Wi-Fi was non-existent. Overall, this resort did not meet any expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant experience

Went for a beegara oota and they didn't even host it inside a dining hall. Completely waste of space with zero amenities. Wish I could give 0 stars

The resort has a lot of greenery and a beautiful lawn for various occasions. Different outdoor seating arrangement for dinner and breakfast Rooms are spacious with a balcony and clean bathroom, but would have preferred AC rooms in summer but it was already booked. There's indoor games like carrom, table tennis, badminton, volleyball, swimming pool Outdoor activities also available Service is good, they respond well and arrange accordingly But the food was not so good, for the amount paid it could have been far better The location is far from the city, the road to the resort is bad. There's a bad signal, so no online orders can be made Go in a group for better safety. Call the resort beforehand to enquire about the cost, rooms available,the services and plan accordingly.

My friend hosted her Reception at Viva Fern Leaf Resort. The Resort is away from the town and gives a calm and serene feel. The location of the place is very peaceful. It's a perfect spot for vacation and private functions. One suggestion is, kindly think of a proper Dining Area in the location.

The place was very good, ambience was top notch, food was really great, the staff was very responsive and generous.
