1. Very poor service by staff ; 2. Food not available at hotel or nearby the hotel. Service staff promises to bring the food from outside, but restaurant is fixed. Plus they charge their cab rates to-and-from the hotel to restaurant. Food quality is also poor ; 3. Rooms are decent. Very poor experience considering the price of rooms.

DONT VISIT THIS HOTEL. Money minded and very rude to Customer. They just want to extract money and be empathetic about Customers. They say if we checking at 8pm in the night we have to check out by morning 11am. They don't have 24 hr policy. Very worst hotel service.

Excellent hotel with very good hospitality I would specially appreciate and thanks to senior aged staff whom I observed was traveling with bicycle for thre dedication and ownership he has to his organisation

Best location. Right in the heart of tumkur. Clean and neat rooms. Don't miss the opposite road side food street open till 11pm. You can enjoy hot and yummy idlis, dosas, etc.
