Don't visit this lodg bcz of my own experience, Rooms are not clean and the washroom also very rude staff worst service Plss don't visit this lodg

This is located in heart of the city that is near Bustop, we can commute to here easily, recently my frnd took a room in this lodge, it's gud and clean inside , washrooms also gud, easily accessible from bus stop, hence very helpful to tourists or outsiders to stay in tumkur with reasonable costs, hot water available and walkable distance to govt and civil bus stand.

It's actually Nice rooms with budget friendly, But isuue is I've stayed here for 3 days.. Asked them to clean after first day and given them to the Room key also. But they didn't cleaned even not touched. It's happened second day also.. This is one behaviour they need to change.. And TV not working.. If you want TV, pls ask previously All others are Extraordinary.

The rooms are good, although not too spacious. There's only one socket to charge your devices. The bed is really comfortable. The staff is sort of polite. Elevator makes for quick entry and exit

The manager is the worst ,rude,disrespectful person ever....bathroom is not clean..room is not clean...tv doesn't work...nthg...like nthg...& specifically dat guttermouth manager...omg he deserves to go to jail bcz of his behaviour...he was giving rude direct statements about us being outside of the karnataka state

Location is near to the main market. In regards to stay - It was value for money hotel with most of the staff being cooperative. But cleanliness in the rooms was not upto the mark. On insisting everyday rooms were getting cleaned and mopped. They have a process of cleaning the rooms after every two days which was quite surprising. Bed sheets were in torn condition and blankets as well were not clean as per basic standard. Very low quality plastic glass and jar was provided for keeping drinking water. Overall cleanliness and hygiene is a big issue. If the management wants to get good customers they need to pull their socks on cleanliness and basic service aspect.

It is simply overpriced. Don't expect comforts ! The staff might charge you extra if you check out an hour later. It is not close to any decent eatery and it is clearly a disadvantage. Staff Behavior : 3/5 Hotel Cleanliness : 3.5/5 Location : 2.5/5 Experience : 3/5

The most hell like Hotel I have been in my life!
*Located in a Shattered slumlike place the hotel is a pure DISGUST!.....
*I have attached the images for you guys to see how awful ambience it was! ROOMS AND WALLS WERE VERY VERY DIRTY, THERE WERE DUST ON THE BED, ***CUPBOARD IN THE ROOM MEANT FOR CUSTOMERS WERE USED BY HOTEL STAFFS TO KEEP THEIR BELONGINGS, BEDSHEET WERE DIRTY AND STAINED SO AD THE PILLOWS, BED HAS BUGS AND COCKROACHES RESTROOMS WERE NOT CLEANED BEFORE CUSTOMERS CHECKING IN! While I was waiting there for a very long time!

IT WAS A LIVING HELL FOR A NIGHT, NEXT MORNING I HAD AN EARLY CHECKOUT WITH A TREMENDOUS RAGE
**THE MANAGER IF THE HOTEL WAS TREMENDOUSLY IMPOLITE, HE SHOOK MY HAND, AND WAS SCRATCHING MY PALM WITH HIS FINGER! WHEN I ASKED WHAT HIS DOING, HE STARTED YELLING AT ME IN LOCAL LANGUAGE!
I so wanted to leave that place but Since It was Saturday evening, and i doing know why all hotels were bulk booked! I was told there's no room at every decent looking hotels like THE BASIL LEAF AND SS RESIDENCY IN TUMKUR, tired of all this I sat in the hotel lobby of SS Residency and OPENED AN APP CALLED GOIBIBO FOR HOTEL BOOKING, as if thought was my only last resort of finding a hotel to Stay overnight from evening till night in such a tiny town of TUMKUR, where you have no CABS to travel, Autowalas are amazingly Rude!
****GOIBOBO IS PURELY A FRAUD APP (THEY CHARGE MORE THEN DOUBLE OF THE AMOUNT FROM CUSTOMERS FOR HOTEL BOOKINGS,WHERE'S THE ACTUAL ROOM RATES WERE HALF THE PRICE IF YOU BOOK ON SPOT DIRECTLY IN HOTELS) - i booked a room trough this unworthy App, where the price were mentioned Rs 3000/- for a non AC room which after discount from GOIBIBO APP one has to pay Rs1685/- I got into their trap and booked this hotel thinking I got a great deal and a good hotel, but once I reached the hotel reception, I found three men having their dinner on the floor!
When I said I have a booking, they told me on my face that they don't except such online booking!
Moreover when I was trying to connect GOIBIBO CUSTOMER CARE!
I found you can't call them, they look into your issues trough App Chat!
THE GOIBIBO APP BOOKING TRAP WAS SO STRONG FOR A CUSTOMER, That my booking was non cancellable and non refundable!
GUYS THINK A FEW TIMES BOOKING HOTEL THUMBAY COMFORTS AND REFRAIN YOURSELF WHILE TRUSTING SUCH APP LIKE 'GOIBIBO' AND GET CHEATED BY THEM!
