The hotel was very good and the service was fantastic and also the staff were very friendly and loyal to their work But there's a catch, I lived in non-AC room I thought the room would be not good but it was very good the room's will feel like your Home itself. Loved it this was all my experience with family Lastly the restroom/bathroom was full clean and tidey very good nice

Extremely small beds. You have to take care while sleeping or else you will fall down. Parking space is ok.

Location is great , rooms are pretty decent but staff is extremely bad. Least bothered about customer and pathetic rules of the hotel will annoy even a Saint forget about commoner. Simple request of extra pillow is provided only if you take extra bed else pillow is not provided. Intentionally they give only thin pillows so one cannot sleep properly and has to request for extra pillow . Worst receptionist who doesn't understand customer service, better to mention less about this lady. One will get insane with their service and rules Highly recommended to avoid this hotel

Came here for an overnight stay and it turned out to be very disappointing. Firstly, the lady receptionist at this hotel does not know how to converse with customers. Sounds rude and unwelcoming. Secondly, the parking space is way too congested and restrictions to not park under the canopy. If you happen to own an electric vehicle, worry not they have a wall box charger to offer. But the so called owner of this hotel has restricted the usage to personal use only despite asking multiple times to pay for the charging cost, the staff denied to help. If hospitality and customer service is not your thing, please do something else rather than disappointing your guests.

This is the worst experience my 68yr old sister had at Basil where I had booked her for July 22nd 2024. First they refused to accept Voters ID saying they don't accept as people could use fake. When the Ministry has approved Voter ID as an authentic ID card for all purposes across the nation, and the same is used for elections how can a Hotel refuse on such flimsy grounds! This is a violation of citizen's rights! ||Secondly, our family friend had driven her from Bangalore, and when he went up to keep her things in her room they refused him into the room saying it is a single room occupancy and he is a guy!! From when do hotels refuse guests for occupants!! What sort of moral policing is this?? Most harassing experience for my sister who had gone on work! Never will I recommend such a narrow minded, place that violates people's rights!

I had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a casual and cozy place to stay. But I had a bad experience with the food ordered from the non veg hotel. Issue raised with the staff.
