SPOT ON 45666 Pavan Residency

Not so friendly staff place located quite far from the main buss stop. The rooms are dirty though they have white sheets for the bed. The toilets are very bad and not suitable for couples. If you're a bachelor and broke, this place is still bad to stay at. The power keeps going off very often. They have a veg restaurant below which is quite good. The kajhu masal and the butter nan is good. Noodles and fried rice are very bad.

First of all i was booked room through Oyo for this hotel but after reaching the hotel only i know that the hotel is not accepting Oyo bookings and he asked me to check in as a normal outsiders i was shocked to hear that because his hotel was reflecting in the Oyo account and even the hotel management nor the Oyo people's had removed the hotel account this was kinda cheapest trick for making customer reach his hotel though the other hotels are around 2 kms from his hotel so 80% in 100% people's will stay in the same hotel for double the price which was quoted in Oyo app

Good. Service and reasonable price

Worst behaviour by the management staff(receptionist). He was disturbing us regularly and asking us to pay us remaining balance at the spot. Never experienced this with any of our earlier stays. One star!!

Pathetic service. Food tastes worse. Not a good option for either breakfast or lunch.

The Management is changed. The environment is quite clean and safe.I can also recommend for family rooms to stay
