Good location with a budget hotel. Very near to Tumkur Railway station and Government Bus stand. Needs lot of improvement.

Very bad experience occupied single room 213 no response from the staff n tv out of order wet towel provided no water no neatness felt like in footpath

Very neat & clean rooms with quality service

A Bed Bug was there in my room 113. It was a single occupancy room. The bathroom door had no latch. Water dripping from the tap. Overall bad. I left the hotel before night just because of bedbugs. I informed them that I'm changing my plans and leaving early because of the bedbug. The guy in reception was like okay. Didn't even ask if I would stay if they changed the room. So that's my experience.

The only good point of the hotel is its location! It is situated next to main road which has all amenities. Room maintenance is extremely bad -Room is full of mould (Room 202) Almost all switches in the room were dangling! When I checked in, strong urine smell was there in the room - Commode looks almost a decade old with stains everywhere and both the taps were constantly leaky. Bed was making weird noise and had ladies stickers on the side. There was hair everywhere when I checked in - on pillows, in bathroom and on floor; There were mosquitoes in the room. Not recommended to stay here.

Such a good hotel in Tumkur. Room and services also very nice. Affordable price only. Only bathroom need to be improved and hot water available for both and they have provided soap and shampoo and pillow size might be changed. Otherwise all ok and best.

It's okay okay type. We stayed in 4 bed room. Actually we took 2 rooms, in the other room AC and tv were fine but no dust bin, no water glasses were kept... the one we stayed in AC and TV weren't working and fans had only one speed... still rent was charged same for both rooms...

This was our pit stop which traveling on Pune Bangalore highway. The rooms were priced quite reasonable. The size of the room used was quite big. Well clean huge room is all the we needed.
