The room is good but the service is not good and there are not provided any kinds of necessities like sop towels even water also not providing .. Rate also too much for 12 hours for emergency can stay there otherwise don't go any one

Location is good and room ambience is also good. Cheap, Best and Affordable price. Location is also perfect and easy to communicate all the major locations.

Not that great. Not good Service. The workers make face for every work we ask them to. We had asked for an extra bed they came and just kept it outside the door with the covers and blanket. When asked if we have to make bed by our selves they made face and came walking to make bed. Asked for pillow the worker made face and asked me to come down to pick it. I went along but the other person had kept the pillows on the steps not sure if it was clean or not. Dint want to argue as they might do something more bad. Rooms were ok for the prices toilets were horrible. In place like Tumkur having such a hotel like that might be good but its low of standards. 3 is actually too much to rate. The front office guy was good so I am rating 3.

Pathetic and bad service. This hotel is at 2nd floor and no lift service. We need to carry our luggage through staircase . The staff is very rude and were drunk. Rooms and washroom are dirty. Door lock was not working. Overall worst experience. Will never suggest anyone to book.

Arrogant staff, they want full payment in advance without giving any receipt. Hot water facility stops at 10Am during summer as well which should be mentioned while giving the room. Cleanliness is 3/5. Bed was dusty and new bed wasn't provided on request. They should work on it in order to sustain in the Market. I wish the owner works on it and builds the brand stronger Wish all the best in making it a better place soon

Clean and neat place to stay. Family friendly as well. A proper parking space would have been better. Friendly staff. No food facility in the hotel. Even there are no veg hotels in walkable distance. But staff offered menu and contact of a nearby restaurant which was of substandard.

Very bad experience. AC stopped working. No remote was provided. Fan was noisy. ants everywhere. Honeybees around. Bed size small. No proper hotel service as expected. Didn't expect how tripadvisor can give so good rating.
