Lodge should have a helpful and cordial reception. The manager in the morning shift spoke very rudely. His communication skills are very poor. Room was clean and worth the money. But our first impression was very upsetting because of the experience at the reception.

No parking space, staffs are too arrogant, Mr. Mallikarjun one of the staff was way out of his line... He was asking for the more advance money which was higher than the room rent itself... Really had a very bad experience twice

Both receptionist are rudely talking They do not have to treat our customers Waste of money

Arrogant staff. No respect to customers. The person in the reception behaves as if he is making a favor by allowing us to stay. Will never stay here again nor recommend it to my friends

I had a good experience of the luxury in this hotel But the maintenance is poor

One of the worst hotel ever seen. Please don't book this hotel. Waste of money. Not cleaned, Cockroaches are moving here and there, cigarette & alcohol smell everywhere.

The building outlook may look old and nothing fancy, but the rooms are really spacious and well maintained plus prices are lower than other hotels with smaller rooms.

Very poor response When I visited night around 1 am and asked for water bottle staf not ready to take online payment still I given cash also not given good rein hope hotel team given action to uncle to better hotel future good service's and soon I will upload videos how he treat
