Good lodge we lived here four friends. Room are affordable. Non AC rooms don't have that much ventilation. But it's ok if you are staying for one day

One of my first bad experience that have to remember. 1.No Proper service. 2.No ample parking space as u have to park in underground in tight spaces. 3. Hot water was not provided. 4. They don't provide water ( for free) u have to pay for it that too Rs 25/- per Litre bottle. 5. Room was not spacious and full of cockroaches, couldn't sleep as bed and room was full of cockroaches. 6. Foul smell rooms. 7. No proper ventilation provided.. 8. Bed linens and bed spreads provided was so bad and full of stains. To conclude it's one of the worst hotel to stay..

Budget friendly..exterior was good but interior was not upto the mark.seems more like a lodge.near to well known super markets and have near by ATMs.I feel like there are more vacant rooms but they gave me 3 bed room for single person. Fan is not working properly.Ordered food from swiggy.As it is in city and at the top so that we can get good view of the city.

A very neat, spacious, clean and quiet accommodation. Very friendly and cooperative staff. Very good service. Absolutely homely environment. Not crowded. Located a bit away from the busy city. Fist two floors of the building are occupied by Canara Bank and a Government enterprise. The third floor is the Jhari Comfort. The building is adjacent to SIT (Siddaganga Institute of Technology). Limited rooms. Safe in all respects.

Stayed in the AC room. Good cooling, spacious room. Had no power socket close to bed and there was only 1 socket in the room. Bathroom could use a facelift. In room food menu had good range of options and was delivered from nearby restaurant to the room.

It's located beside the BH Road and from here Main Highway is near by only so location wise very good. Rooms are comparatively small and rent is on higher side. Only few countable rooms are available.

Very spacious rooms.. they provided extra mattress on request. Location: its just beside the SIT and on main road of Tumkur. Staff: very courtesious staff. Amenities: Good... Provided hot water too. Free Parking at basement Price: 1600 for 4 people... Very budget friendly. We didn't took food or breakfast from hotel. Overall Value for money..

The mattress is of some local quality I guess. It's neither spring mattress nor hard coir mattress. It's difficult to sleep on it unless you are very much tired. The room is spacious and maintained well. But I didn't get hot water for bathing as promised. It was just luke warm water.
