Pathetic place. Living hell. Don't go by outer looks. There was stink in their deluxe room. Brownish water in basin , flush was not working in toilet. If I go on I will puke . Disgusting rooms wires out everywhere. The fan in bedroom was slow so they gave a table fan which was wall mounting. We had to adjust it on a chair. Repulsive, unhygienic. Can I give negative star? Go only if you want to waste money and want to throw up and have trauma

One look at the room (non AC) was such a put off that we decided not to stay. No 24 hrs hot water, no lif to climb 3 floors. Smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel

One of the worst choice for family. I was there with my 3 kids, for one night stay with dinner. It was one of the most horrible experience. * Rooms don't have AC * Extra fan will not be provided. * Restaurant was untidy. * Lazy house keepers. I had to ask them twice to come and take the order. Water bottle given but glass not there. Had to ask again for glass which came after 20mins. * Denied Milk for my younger Son. I have more but I don't like talking about them.

Stayed one day. Hotel is little bit clean (not up to mark). No towel, no soap, no shampoo provided. Even we had to buy water from outside. Toilet was dirty. There were used soaps, sachet in the window and they are not cleared. Just for staying, it is OK. Don't expect too much, though you pay 1,500.

Over all it was a nice stay for a family. Decent hotel located on a highway. Rooms and ambience was clean. Washroom was also clean. They don't keep a dustbin in rooms and also font provide soaps n towels. Family restaurant available, bar available. Food quality is also good.

I visited the restaurant on a late night looking for dinner. When we visited here we were the only people. To our surprise they served the food and the food was very tasty. Although the restaurant was not maintained well in terms of hygeine the food was really tasty. We took our food outside as the cleanliness was not maintained. It maybe because due to Covid Effect that they might have not looked into it and also could be that this is a Hotel with rooms and guests usually order food to their rooms. I can't tell you about the rooms though as I haven't stayed my visit here. I would give 4 Stars for food and 2 Stars for cleanliness of the restaurant. Rooms as I told you I can't rate as I've not seen yet.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED One of the worst experience we came accross in our travel. We booked a NON AC delux room, and after the payment,they said there are no keys for the room they offered. On complaining they offered a suite room.Later while having dinner, they urged us to vacate the room as their owner was reaching to stay there.This happened while we were still having food. Then they urged us to vacate the dining hall as well and asked to move to the room. Adding to all this the bedsheets, the washrooms,the towels offered all were dirty. i would mark them a 0 for hospitality and cleanliness

Would give minus ratings. Worst hotel. Had to stay to take shelter from rain. No maintenance at all. They don't accept card payments, lift not working, air conditioner not working, tv not working, stinky rooms, dirty bedsheets & towels, cobwebs all over, monkey menace, ordered dal roti- dal was good but roti was made of maida & had was smelling of raw egg. No coffee/ tea available in evening. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
