Hey viwers My last official visit at Tumkur, I was stay this lodge my all travelling experience it's totally bad experience at this location. No service, No cleaning, Room biger but not maintain AC cooling. Also water leakage problem. Service person & hotel staff not supportive. Also service boys demanding money. When it comes to looking for a good stay in India, the first name that comes in every Indian's mouth is OYO. Earlier they earned this reputation with the quality of living they offered at an affordable price. However, with fame they deteriorated their standard to such an extent that the next time we look for a homestay, OYO would be the last resort on earth. And, based on our experience, this hotel alone is capable of destroying the so called brand - OYO. I am listing down the problems we faced: 1. The rooms were not clean at all. 2. The toilets were not cleaned and it was stinking like anything. 3. There were no towels provided in all rooms at first. 4. The bed, bedsheets, and towels when provided later was not clean. 5. There were no soaps or any necessary essentials in the bathroom. 6. When booked online, we payed for 3 rooms by mentioning the number of people to be 8. But, when we reached the hotel, they asked for additional amount for our stay. P.S. This was exactly what we experienced only a few days ago. We would never recommend this place to anyone ever. We had made a booking at this hotel through OYO. We traveled 500kms and reached midnight and when asked they are telling rooms are not available and they will give rooms at 8am. After lots of arguments with them and OYO. They asked us to provide id proof. When we gave l, they told they need originals only. No digital accepted or not duplicate adhar cards... Simply they were torturing so that we can leave the hotel on our own... finally we left and found good one.

There is no lock for the room and no lock for the washroom the washroom door doesn't even get locked they said you will get 24*7 hot water but hot water doesn't even come afternoon too no wifi no tv connection to A.C worst experience ever don't ever visit this hotel at any cost

No specific parking space. Rooms are good. No shower, didn't get hot water.

Hotel exterior & rooms are not hygienic, there is bar in the basement of the hotel. Staffs are not friendly, sometimes they will be roaming inside hotel after drinking alcohol. They openly say they don't accept online booking and online payment during check-in time even after confirming the online bookings. Recommended to avoid this hotel, esp if going with family.

Don't book this place in Agoda or another booking sites. They are no more tied up with OYO. Atlast they ll ask to book onsite. i had a bad experience after booking through Agoda.

Service is not good . In the roomTV was there but no Cable service we got very bored We paid what ever they charged. Ok any have enjoyed with our mobile phone...
