Pros: the owner is active than staff , he will try to make you comfortable. Cons: 1) no parking available , parked on road side. 2) very small lift, that too will not be working always. you need to call staff to get it running , had to wait 10 minutes to get the call picked. 3) No basin in bathroom, which is not convenient. 4) all beds are 6*3 feet which will be combined, might be difficult for two adult and one kid to sleep. 5) No restaurant so even a cup of tea is difficult.

Had a good stay Spacious rooms nice place to stay with family and frnds

Parking is tough here . Major point they lock the hotel from Outside and stop the lift I had to make many calls for someone to come and let me out for a flight I had to catch . I was locked on the third floor with no one to open the lobby . Do tell the staff if you are going to check out early

I recently had the pleasure of staying this hotel the rooms are very spacious and very clean the house keeping staff maintained standards . Overall, the staff's dedication truly set this hotel apart. their genuine care and attentiveness made my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.i highly recommend this hotel.

Good and neat rooms value for money really happy with stay

Very good hotel with spacious rooms we booked room having 4 single beds for 4 people. The location of hotel is also very good and near to local market. All facilities were available. Great job bilva comforts staff..I Strongly recommend this place... Happy staying...
