SAIkUSHI Beach Resort

Very nice rooms. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Breakfast at 7am was fabulous. Nice sea views and decent restaurant (Vitamin sea) about 400m walk away. Lovely beach promenade opposite the restaurant.

Decent enough place for the price point. Beautiful location. AC was working well and the rest of the things were like what you would get in this price point. No restaurant is available inside. You can get ice cream and soft drinks only. Small restaurant is there within 200 meters.

Best option to stay if you are there for the Maravanthe beach. It's right opposite the beach. Just cross the highway but be careful of the traffic. Quiet place with spacious rooms with good amenities. There is no restaurant at the property but they will arrange something from a nearby restaurant.

It's just off the beach. We halted here on the way to Goa. Rooms are big and spacious. It's clean and well maintained. No restaurant, however they can give tea coffee. Food can be ordered in. Beach is beautiful and empty. However you have to cross the highway to go to the beach

This property is a beach facing property. However there is a highway in between the hotel and the beach. One of the cleanest toilets in our whole trip in Kundapur. It is close to Marvante and is nearby to the water sports locations. We booked the Deluxe AC room was on the ground floor and the property had fully working AC, geyser, WIFI. There is a television with DTH connection with most south Indian channels. They provide food from nearby hotels like Vitamin Sea and Udupi hotel etc and charge you a small convenience fee 50 INR. We never ordered anything though. They have a kitchen where you can order beverages such as coffee, tea, biscuits ice creams and water. We paid 3294 INR for this property. The rooms were spacious and had a balcony. However, there were a lot of ants in the balcony area. It is situated in front of a areca-nut farm and if you are lucky you can spot peacocks.

The worst they told did not give us the proper information We had to drive through for hours and then didn't even let us use the washroom the people were rude too when we didn't want to stay....

If you are looking for a peaceful stay near the beach and just spend your day playing in the water and sand of Maravanthe beach, this is the best place. Quite reasonable and approachable. Apart from the fact that you need to arrange your own food, there is nothing to complain about. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a small play area for kids and polite staff to cater to your needs. Don't expect any luxury facilities. It's just rooms with beds as of now,But pleasant stay.

Service was good and rooms were pretty neat. Cottage rooms are small. Only maximum 3 person can be accommodated.
