Place is good, the hall is quite spacious in the second floor and parking is also available. It is at the main road! Food was a bit average other than that the rooms were also pretty good and decent enough and staff were friendly too Overall Good experience!!! 3.5/5

Excellent value property, friendly service. Air con was strong, bed was large and clean. Served our purpose for a one night stopover on our long journey through India perfectly. Thanks for a great stay!

Recently, I have been their with my friends. I thought owner is sitting in the reception, after some time I get to know that, they are night staff's. Night staff's behave like a owners. Actual owner doesn't know this seems. Such a rude behavior from staff's. If owner not take action against these staff's, especially night staff's. In future it is very difficulty to run the Residency. After this incident, I referenced my friends and relatives to book or stay in some other Lodge or residency. Finally Because of these type of staff's, owner will get loss in his business.

Cleanliness could have been better... cobwebs and spider were very next to beds.. parking is not available

Worst experience, you'll face more than 25+ power cuts during the day and night. Room was nice and spacious but the power cut problem is main concern. Not worthy in Tiptur

They have a party hall for a small gathering on the second floor(can host 100 people) . New hall, well maintained. Probably they should work on ventilation, it felt quite hot inside(install AC,s or have enough ceiling fans running with windows opened) . Dining is on the first floor, decent enough to host a small party

Rooms are not well ventilated, only source of air available is fan, bathroom is very small and congested, no parking facility available, not worth for the price paid, there are very good and premium hotels at the same price range available in tiptur

Good and value of money and nice hotel.
