Worst experience. We had booked a resort at Madikeri and while.booking we made it clear that our train tickets are not confirmed.. agent asked to pay advance amount 20000 and agreed to refund in full at any cost... Becoz of tickets issues we cudnt make the trip.. we paid in September and till now they are dodging us and haven't paid the amount.. pls be aware.. they don't keep up their words.. simply waste of time and money
