Good Society. Very spacious, very big space basically covered by Villas of different sizes as well as Row houses. Their location is great not too far from the airport Good open area, will be a good society once complete need to work on their security

Good gated community with about 700 row houses and villas, 2nd phase is also coming up. Neatly maintained area with all amenities like play area, swimming pool, playground, vistor vehicle parking, etc. Prefer to use private transport as public transport is difficult to find nearby.

I am extremely disappointed by the behavior of some residents in this community, especially given their background in the medical field. As doctors, one would expect them to embody compassion and care, not just for humans but for all living beings. Unfortunately, their actions tell a very different story. It is deeply disturbing to see innocent animals being mistreated and caregivers who dedicate their time to helping them being harassed in various ways. My question to these individuals is this: How would you feel if people chose to stop seeking your medical services and instead reported your inhumane behavior? Compassion is not something that can be selectively applied. If you cannot show kindness to a helpless soul already burdened with struggles, how can you truly be trusted to care for human lives? If empathy does not come naturally to you, perhaps it is time to reconsider your profession. I sincerely hope this message serves as a reminder that being a doctor is not just about treating illnesses but also about upholding the values of kindness and humanity.

Very well planned Row Houses. Those whose work is near airport can purchase house in this gated community.

I live in phase 1 villa project. I liked the quality of construction and location of the project. Approach to the main road is good and walkable to main road to catch Vajra or BMTC bus. I can say that in future the location will be like Iblur, near Silk board where you will not see high rise apartments.

The place is nice but out of the main city and surrounding areas will take a minimum of 5 years to get developed. At least a major hospital is needed urgently.

After evaluation of pros and cons, it is better to look for alternative options, instead of Trifecta. People will regret very badly, if they decide to buy from Trifecta.

They have good villas but are extremely far. They have a large project layout but the only drawback is it's quite far. The room size differs according to size of plot but in general only master bedroom is good size , rest rooms are small.
