Vihangama Holiday Retreat

It is a very attractive and mesmerizing place with its natural beauty and river side view. They have maintained it very well without a single peace of plastic. The owner of this resort is a treasure of knowledge. We had a wonderful time over there.

First of all, the location matters for most of the stays, that is where exactly this property is located ---- Food is pretty decent and wide spread that satisfies all sort of ages, and honestly no serious complaints about taste. Non-Veg is very good taste (considering i am a Hyderabadi) ----- No Activities just stay calm & leisure and enjoy the stay. --- Overall if you want to just keep your body lazy, i highly recommend you to visit this typical hideout !!! --- You get liquor & desserts too --- Maintainance of this property is very good, despite having just 12 individual stays with different price range. -- I was the only guest when i checked in on Typical Monday was surprised with menu options though no guests on the day. Suggestion: --- atleast a spa guy adds more value ---- A swimming pool changes the game

Very bad place and very bad management, they are so much money minded that there policy is MONEY FIRST SERVICE NEXT. owner speaks before booking very nicely after payment he stops reciveing the call and he will be in station but staff will be saying he mangalore or Bangalore. There is no private pool as they claim to have it, no beach like arrangements, studio rooms are almost small rooms, suite rooms are just normal rooms , rooms doesn't have kettle or fridge and we didn't get hot water even after waiting for 2 hours, kitchen is just ok ok. Going to this resort means ready to loose MONEY,TIME, ENERGY, PATIENCE, HAPPINESS . For sure you will be scolded by your family and kids

Breakfast they provide free which is 3rd class, even if u ask for any simple things they charge extra, bedsheets and cloths are old and not maintained properly. Only good thing about the resort is location. Absolutely no activities in the resort. U will get bored

Worst value for money. Positioned as 5 star but actually is a 2 star. The location is great. Horrible management. These guys are just looting you on F&B as there is no choice after checkin. For 3 dinners, we coughed up ?27,000 for 6 adults and 4 children. Go to nearby Homestays with river view instead. Not worth the money we pay!!!

We just loved this place. Beautiful location, we'll maintained rooms and property. Must visit place.

Our over all trip was like informing hotel representatives about the problems at rooms . We had booked 3 suit rooms , 2 were same but one was very different . To our understanding we had give 2 delux room only one suit room but charged full amount of suit room . Before we book or make payment we had asked multiple times about the rooms and food . The owner assured every thing will be fine . We make multiple calls to property owner , but he never answered or called back . All the reviews here are negative. If you want your holiday to get spoiled and loose money then this is the best resort.

AC doesn't work properly, ||Power fluctuations, frequent power disconnections especially in nights.||Terrible experience in the night, labours drunk and fight, Not safe for family.||Entry from highway is dangerous and difficult. as new road construction going on.||Google map not able to show entry to resort, this may be temporary.
