V Vistara Resort Club & Convention Hall

Me and my wife planned this short distance resort by reading the reviews in the google. Most reviews are paid I assume. |First of all there is no proper road to this resort and we need to park your car out side the property under the sun. When we checked in there is no one to guide us or to carry our luggage. The room was not cleaned, there were heaps of hair everywhere in the bath room and blood stained bed sheets on the bed. The TV was not working. When we asked for packaged mineral water the boy said all water bottles got exhausted there is no bottled water with us. Very poor food, unhygienic and found an insect in the rice while having dinner. When complained to the kitchen he started arguing that every thing is prepared fresh. Overall food is non satisfactory.|Gaming: They do not have any schedule for the games. Some says it starts at 9 and actually it started at 10am. Very few games like zip liner and few games like foot ball and archery, that to in a bad condition. |I was disappointed with the visit and hope not to visit such places in future. Very very disappointing stay.

recently visited to V Vistara and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had expected. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The check-in process was slow, with no one to assist or explain the facilities. The room itself was not properly cleaned, and there were visible stains on the linens and furniture. Additionally, the amenities were either underwhelming or in poor condition. The pool area was overcrowded, and the hot tub was broken throughout my entire stay. The advertised "luxury spa" turned out to be a basic, overpriced service that didn't live up to the resort's claims. Staff, while polite, seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful when it came to addressing issues or providing information. There were also a few instances where requests went unanswered or took far too long to fulfill. Overall, I was deeply disappointed with the value for money. This resort did not deliver on its promises, and I won't be returning or recommending it to others. I sincerely hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on making significant improvements.

I am Bharathi customer of yours ......recently had birthday event organised at your resort regarding the event I want to share some feedback ....The food which was provided was not as per the menu which we had agreed ex: in starters we had clearly agreed for veg cheese nagets and kalmi kabab instead baby corn manchurian and thandoori chicken was provided..... sweets were extremely horrible..... food was no where worth 1000rs at most is was worth rs 300.... Refill was done only when asked for ... resort guests and our guests were all combined during dinner time this was not informed .... There were no resort staff available for event management activities when we ran into problems on few occasions...... as a result it was a very unpleasant experience we certainly dint enjoy the party like we wanted..... we were promised much better experience but were totally disappointed.... Am not going to recommend this place to any one in future I plan to express the same on google reviews.

Hi all, I recently visited Vistara Resort with my family after reading very positive reviews. We planned a trip with four families based on those recommendations, expecting a family-friendly experience with great food and activities. While the food was not too good, the overall environment did not feel suitable for families. There were no restrictions on alcohol consumption in shared dining areas, which impacted our experience, especially with kids around. Additionally, the activities we expected were not as they appeared in the videos and promotions, and the whatever package we purchased felt like a waste. I've attached photos and videos to reflect our experience. I would not recommend this place for families seeking a comfortable and child-friendly atmosphere.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and customer support .Despite following all the proper steps and providing the necessary documentation, the resort has refused to refund my money. I've reached out multiple times for clarification and resolution, but my inquiries have gone unanswered or been met with unhelpful responses. It's extremely frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't honor its commitments, especially when it comes to customer rights and refunds. I would strongly advise anyone considering this resort to be cautious, as their customer service and refund policies are not reliable. Very dissatisfied with my experience.

We are from Bangalore. We first time visited Vistara resort. Miss Maya and Mr Darshith both do not response properly. No drinking water and not very hygienic. When I asked bill, Miss Maya asked many questions. When we took half litre water bottle, they charged for that too. Worst resort in Magdi.

All the other activities are not soo good But swimming pool was maintained well and good and awesomeness we were taken care well also they played the songs that we wished to play so in conclusion swimming pool area was best and awesomen

Beautiful property, humble staff, neat maintenance. I liked food too. My friends suggested few improvements in the food. Newly built cricket / football ground, swimming pool, rain dance, foosball, rope activities, well maintained. Selfie points, photogenic views.
