Ruppi's Hotel & Resort - Biggest Wavepool in Karnataka

Overall it is okay. I went there with my family, it's not great that management has to think about cleanliness. Especially in the rain the dance area was not clean. Everywhere plastic, paper, water cups. Dining tables are not clean. As we go with family to enjoy. all these will make us uncomfortable. Management has to take it seriously and maintain properly

This is the worst place i have ever seen. i went on May-2025 for night stay and when we reach 12.30 pm rooms was horrible and stinky. Lunch was very worst and rice was half boiled. they are harrssed all guest including us. They took booing but when we reached they said 3 Accommodation not available and asked us Accommodate with us by providing just a small bed which our friends slept on floor. Am in travel department and suggest all to avoid this kind of cheap resort. Also they have taken money and they will not provide invoice. fortunately i have paid through online. Even public toilets are better than this property.

Very badly maintained pool and wash rooms. No proper seating arrangements in dining area. Over crowded. Resort owner should have a realistic understanding of the capacity of resort and its facilities and should limit their selling. All resort management intrested is just money not guest comfort

The resort does not justify its price of 2500 per person. The service is subpar, and several aspects need significant improvement. * Outdoor Activities: The staff handling outdoor games are unprofessional, often asking visitors to return ropeway ropes to the starting point while they play cricket nearby. Additionally, games are denied in the afternoon, and there is no proper staff rotation during lunch hours. * Accommodation & Amenities: The beds are not comfortable, and several air conditioners and remotes are non-functional. * Food & Pricing: Food arrangements are delayed, and the taste is below average. Extra snacks are overpriced and not worth the cost. * Activities & Charges: The bull ride was not made available despite repeated requests. Smaller rope activities are charged separately, even though the resort booking itself is already expensive. * Bar & Ambience: The bar lacks a good ambience, featuring outdated furniture and an overall dull setup. Overall, the resort does not offer value for money, as there are limited activities, poor service, and inadequate facilities. I would not recommend it for the price charged.

## Disappointing Experience at Ruppi's Resort..!! I recently stayed at Ruppi's Resort, and unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. It seemed like things were just patched up rather than properly fixed. ### Amenities We had to ask multiple times for towels and bathroom kits, which weren't provided until evening. This was quite frustrating. ### Food While breakfast was good, lunch and dinner were average at best. The quality didn't justify the price. ### Pool The main pool was very small, which was a letdown. However, the wave pool was a highlight of our stay. ## Overall Given the issues we faced, I wouldn't recommend Ruppi's Resort to others. Unless they address these concerns, it's best to look elsewhere for a more enjoyable experience.

It was great experience Wave pool . Entertainment in night dj party songs singing by dj hemanth sir good. Night dinner good tasty . Overall enjoyed family.

Resort is located at a good location, few kms from the Big Banyan tree. There are lots of indoor activities along with rope climbing's. There is also zip line and other games. The best thing is the wave pool which was great. Food served was okay they have both veg and non veg option, there is a pool side bar also available. Overall a good place and experience.

I was quite disappointed with the staff behavior at the reception and the overall coordination. While the food was decent, several items like soup and ice cream were missing. The pool was small, and all the toilets were poorly maintained with a strong unpleasant odor and no cleaning after public use. Maintenance overall seemed lacking. Additionally, the security staff at the entrance were rude. The wave pool was the only highlight. Overall, the experience was below average, and I would recommend considering other better options
