Dear Olivia Management, I recently visited your resort and had a pleasant stay. The restaurant service was truly awesome and fantastic! The food and service were top-notch. However, we did have a disappointing and worst experience with the receptionist, the guy who was quite rude and unprofessional in their behavior and he speaks without respect. I hope you will take necessary steps to address this issue and ensure that your front desk staff provides a warm and welcoming experience for your guests.

Swimming coaching is not good for kids, they are charging 5.3k for 20 classes coaches are not skilled it's purely kids ability to learn, tone of voice and behaviour of the staff at reception is very rude, they sound like payment is received if you want to utilise the facility use it or leave it's up to you...this is how they sound, overall the experience is very bad.....don't suggest this place for swimming classes.

Very bad experince..Dont Go 1.Limited time for smimming pool use guests staying.They are using as public coaching. 2.Insulted driver on complimentry breakfast. 3.Rude behaviour from owner and staff. 4.Most impaortant ...Insulted kannada and telling talk only inTelugu... 5.They take full amount before check in and later create all problems.

It's a beautiful ambience of the sprawling lawn and garden area. Experienced a heavenly dream like feeling at the family event. Delicious food was an additional experience

I just visited ( Olivia resort and Spa) in the Last week, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behavior is also excellent. But, about amenities I regret because they charged for swimming pool Rs-250/HR per head and for badminton Rs-100/HR per head which is quite expensive if you compare with other hotels and resorts. I request to the management to look after this matter and keep a convenient price.

Charged 4280 per room, very small rooms, Worst service, no towel in bathroom, no drinking water, generator not given in power cut, rude behaviour, no cleaning of balcony chair, swimming pool allowed for half an hour between 7:00 to 7:30 in the morning, over all bad experience, finally waste of money except complimentary breakfast

I recommended don't go to this restort, they serving food stored in cold storage and they cook and serving the food , me and wife food poison, full night vomiting and there is No room service, heavy cost for food , No hot water nothing waste of money

No friendly environment, no indore games, no friendly budget, specially for reputed travel company. Commited from management many things to explore like indoor games and other activities. But really sad to see, except swimming pool did not find anything despite of asking them have not received till our stay.
