MJ Avyanna Resort & Convention Centre

We had an amazing experience at this resort! The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The activities were fun, engaging, and well-planned, giving us a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. The food was delicious. Overall, the service was excellent and really added to the enjoyment of our stay. One small suggestion: it would be helpful if the restaurant staff could inform guests in advance when certain menu items are unavailable, rather than having us wait a long time only to find out later. It would make the dining experience even smoother. That said, everything else was wonderful, and we would love to come again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing gateway.

Highlight of this resort is the artificial waterfalls. Rooms were okay, but the two rooms we have been one in deluxe and one premium mud house. Both the rooms we got had issues in door lock and bathroom lock. Refrigerator was missing in premium room which we got. But upon request the staff told they would get it. Food was decent. An okay stay, since it was a get together from our old team, it was fun.

Absolutely Fantastic Experience! This property is beautifully maintained and offers a truly relaxing atmosphere. The food is amazing with a great variety, and the staff are very well trained, polite, and welcoming. The rooms are neat and clean, making the stay extremely comfortable. What stood out the most were the amazing activities and the beautiful waterfall paired with a swimming pool -- such a unique and enjoyable experience! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Absolutely awesome experience, great service, great quality and great amenities for a very reasonable price. We loved their waterfall, the biggest man made waterfall of Asia. I and my whole family enjoyed the wonderful resort for two days, Damn we had one hell of a party there. The staffs were really helpful and the whole management was very friendly. Food was also great. Totally worth it. I recommend everyone to visit this beautiful resort and experience the unlimited fun. It's near to bannerghatta national park and zoo. So plan your trip accordingly. I give 5/5 stars.

We had a very good experience in this resort. Good facilities. Rekindled all the childhood memories ... Went cycling after a very long time , played badminton , basketball, table tennis etc was fun! Had a good time swimming around... Ms .Priya the receptionist was very helpful, always smiling and welcoming. Mr. Abhiram showed us around the resort and informed us about the timings .. which was very helpful. Thank you for giving us a very good time.

Hi everyone I visited the resort dating 4/27/25 Location : the biggest difficulty is location, it is very indeed very far from Bangalore City. Reception area: Friendly staff, we were welcomed with a welcome drink and paper work was done very fast.. and they even gave a small resort tour on their buggy. Rooms: Not happy with room location, family rooms are very far from the lift area, u need to walk a lot.. but Rooms are very clean, perfectly maintained well hygiened.. one more issue was in washroom thier is no space provided to hang ur clothes the space given is just above the comode.. it wired there is enough space is washroom area but y they choose d the piping area just above toilet Rain dance, Pool and falls : good experience in pool specially kids friendly but it runs only 3 times in a day.. for 30 min each Activities : indoor games was fun, but personally felt bad when our family just ended up playing carrom ,, one of the staff members came and checked the coins.. don't no what was he thinking.. table tennis ball was missing.. other than it was very good experience Outdoor activities was much better really enjoyed a lot but it was like post 7:30 PM there was power cut as it was a very big area it went completely dark ,, no staff available at that to help.. if someone wud had been available it would had helped . Night life: no action at night . A simple music area where people available in hotel could sit together and enjoy their time should be considered.. as there is nothing to do after 8.. Checkout : it was very smooth.. staff once again very very friendly.. good hospitality experience..

Had a fantastic time at MJ Avyanna Resort near Bangalore! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and full of unique features like the cave-themed rooms and a stunning man-made waterfall. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Ramya at the front desk. Loved the pool, the rain dance, and all the indoor games. Food was great too. Highly recommend it for a fun and relaxing break!

The place is just wonderful. The service is excellent. The staff here is very cordial, friendly and are very helpful. They have a lot of indoor and outdoor activities, An awesome pool with a huge waterfall in the background. Beautiful cavelike restaurant. All in all a great experience.
