This was our stay as a last-minute travel plan. Yeahh, all those early planners who are rolling their eyes, we travelers also exist!!! Having said that, Mr Anthony Raj, the caretaker /manager not sure who he was. Though he acted as if he owned the hotel and the building housing it. I was flabbergasted when he said that he gave away our room to someone else as he was unable to contact us - really, is that how online bookings are supposed to work???? Anyhow, we ended up paying around 8.5K for a room that's the smallest available for a family of 4 in the history of hotels. To top it off the complementary breakfast is accounted for per person. Mr Anthony Raj was "kind enough" to inform me that I cannot have an extra vada for my daughter as he would get into trouble!!! He had the audacity to tell that when you are only 4 people, why do you need 5 vadas. Hey, the best part, complementary breakfast= 1 idli and 1 vada. Another first for us in the hospitality industry. This after he kept harping that we would get top notch service from him and to remember that while we check out of the hotel. It was a terrifying experience sleeping too, the mattress was put upside down which resulted in backache for my girls. Overall, never going back to this hotel and if this hotel is reading my review, time for a change in staff. The man is atrocious to the point of being outright rude Signing off in peace

Worst experience.... No wifi no breakfast.... Even worst I booked for 1 week I arrived on wed.. Saturday I was told that monday we have booking of 8 rooms pls keep your luggage for the day in store room and adjust for room is that how you speak to your customer... Very worst

No staff will be available except one person, who demands tip from us to carry even a single bag. No lift available. And the staircase is not an easy task to climb. So need to think before booking room here.

I strongly recommend to change the name of this Hotel 'Vijaya Comforts' to 'Parajaya Discomforts'!!. We had an Absolute terrible experience by staying 2 nights here. Two rooms were booked for our family during the dussehra holidays for almost 3500 Rs per night/room. So we spent 14000 Rs for 2 rooms for 2 nights. 1. The hotel is on the first floor of a building with about 25-30 direct steep steps. No elevator or staff were there to pick our luggages or help us. My 65+ year old mother could not even climb those steps. This was not mentioned anywhere in the treebo website during booking. 2. After this mountaineering experience, we were greeted into two terribly smelling rooms with no air conditioners or basic cleanliness. 3. Absolute Dirty linens were smiling at us, which were replaced later by the staff on complaining. 4. The noise of road and other rooms can be fully heard from the rooms. It is as if you are sleeping on the street. 5. Breakfast was included in the package but we did not get it on both days. Staff told us that restaurants will be closed due to holidays. But Voila!, we we were able to get food at 07:30 outside at our own expense. 6. Room windows and mosquito nets were not cleaned for the past few years at least. 7. No mineral water, coffee, tea or a clean kettle to boil water. Please note that I am writing all this because these were rooms which coat ua 3500/night. Never ever booking rooms with Treebo again..

Had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious & the facilities were too good. Staffs were friendly. The room service is also very good. We visited twice &stayed there only. If you are looking for a casy stay this would be the best choice

My experience at the hotel was extremely disappointing. The room I was assigned turned out to be significantly smaller than what had been advertised. Upon check-in, I encountered a receptionist who appeared to have minimal knowledge about the hotel and had to constantly contact the owner for answers to my inquiries. Additionally, I selected this property because they advertised Wi-Fi availability, but upon arrival, I was informed that it was not functional. To make matters worse, there was no elevator on the premises. My frustration reached its peak during breakfast service. I was contacted early in the morning to place my order, but despite waiting for an hour and thirty minutes, my breakfast had not yet been delivered. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was informed that my order had been mistakenly placed at a different restaurant. I strongly advise against considering this property for your stay. It appears that the owners prioritize financial gain over providing a satisfactory guest experience, resulting in my worst hotel experience to date. Brand like Treebo, should take care of this and take necessary action.

Mr Manju is very supportive and helpful.He guided us to visit all locations very easily. Even he supported us for early check-in. Stay wise also Vijay comfort is fine while visiting the places below suntikopa
