SPOT ON 64165 Sahana Residency

Due to lack of negative ratings, I'm forced to give 1 star. This property along with Oyo made a mockery of my confirmed booking and they didn't even have the basic courtesy to contact me before cancelling my booking. I almost reached the location, when I figured out that my booking is cancelled from their end. Details are mentioned below. I made a booking for 2 rooms from 28th Dec to 29th Dec, 2019. After applying few discounts, the fare that was displayed to me was Rs. 1907. I selected the "Book now & Pay at the Hotel" option and made the booking. I got a confirmation for the same in WhatsApp and in SMS. I can share the screenshot of the same. Following that I got an SMS to confirm the booking by giving a missed call. I did that too and confirmed it. But when I tried to put G Maps for the location of the hotel( I was about 25 kms away), I found the booking under cancelled list in the app. When I called the customer care, he is telling that the booking was for 1 person, 1 room on Jan 4th to Jan 5th, 2020. And the customer care executive was ridiculously rude to me telling that I made a wrong booking and cancelled it and so he cannot provide any resolution for the same. @Oyo #Oyo this is to bring the issue to your notice. I'm wondering how Oyo is letting someone change the booking information at the database level. If you want to grow your market, you should create trust. Shouldn't be betraying your loyal customers like me.
