situated next to the Mangalore Mysore National Highway on J.C. Road. With their secure parking, there are plenty of parking spaces available. There is a vegetarian restaurant attached to this residence. The atmosphere is excellent. You sensed that the atmosphere was really serene.

Stayed with family on a summer night. No fans worked. When I say they didn't work, they didn't serve the purpose. Then ran at high rpm but no air coming below it. Same in another room too. Bathroom doors didn't have mats. Had to call the reception multiple times to get the blankets. I wouldn't recommend, especially in summer.

Rooms are spacious, ample parking space, and room has wifi, tv, hot water and even private balcony. Me and my family stayed here while heading to Madikeri to avoid night journey. But, it surprisingly turned out to be really good experience for us. Adding cheey on top, there is Alva veg restaurants night next to it making it comfortable for having good food

Economic friendly spacious rooms, washrooms and balcony ; Bit outdated washroom utilities however very well kept; Supportive reception and service , very good veg restaurant on the ground floor, loved the fig tree in the front . Thank you .

Rooms were average not bad, location is good and calm, there is enough car parking space, people who like a bit peaceful place can select this one, overall nice.

Budget friendly with clean washroom and room and fresh bedsheets. Location is a little off the highway but just about 400 mts away and peaceful place. Overall great value for money. The restaurant at the ground floor is good too. Carry your own soap and towels.

One of the worst decision was to stay in this hotel Reasons: 1.Blankets were not provided 2.Service was not good 3.Prices are very high We had booked 35 rooms for a marriage function and Prices they quoted are high even though it was a bull booking and more over for late checkouts complete 2 days prices were quoted. Usually for late checkouts extra charges will be charged. There was not even a single rupee discount given for us even after requesting.

Good rooms. Very quick service from the staffs. Friendly Receptionist, I was very much excited about his multilingual ability in dealing people with different languages at a time. One thing I was dissatisfied is the wifi connection in room. It would be good if there is wifi connection in rooms.
