River House Farmstay

Biggest problem here is ( First time , most embarrassing situation with family members having 2 kids & senior members ) 1 ) Customer only need to adjust with Owner's new rules and regulations based on their most demanding seasons otherwise they will send message like " Kindly cancel ur booking and I will refund ur amount before 2 hours entering to home stay , bcz of Attitude like as if we are staying at free of cost here . 2) Usually every where , Check in and check out timings - 1PM to 12AM or 2PM to 1PM , here great timings decided by owner based on their next day requirements , so our timings like check in & check out 2PM to 10 AM , we checked out 3 hours early due to lot of irritation by calls and enquiries to check out . 3) 4 -5 times called to servant to ask them , when they r going to check out , reason is like they will be coming to stay here ( don't give to others if it is personal things ) , first time it was most embarrassing things Infront of family members and our family scolded me like Is this free of cost staying here ?????? 4) Here we need to vacate room before standard timings based on their urgency & requirements. 5) Even one day TV also not working , so again customer has to adjust & no need to ask question . 6) Even hot water not available at 9AM next day , again Instructions like electric geyser not suppose to use and only use solar Geyser..Ohh !! how kids have to adjust with less hot water during winter season . 7) WiFi also not working , no need to ask . 8) Location almost in remote area , very difficult to access for other things ( No basic facilities like food corners, grocery shops etc etc ) need to go outside for even for small items . 9) Last but least comment - Best suggestion by servant to us only , Customer only adjust with all the problems here . When money matters , everything to be paid without missing single rupee , Finally requesting to everyone , before going there please check ur booking confirmation with timings and have to adjust with all the list of problems here Regards Shanmukh

The place was splendid, amongst nature and very close to the water stream. The rooms are comfortable and very neat and tidy, clean washrooms Definitely recommended for family to have a peaceful stay. Mr.Tejas was of great help from the beginning until end. Overall definitely recommend

I recently visited river house farmstay with friends and family. I loved the serene and calming atmosphere. The host's warm hospitality and exceptional service added to the overall charm of the experience. Recommend booking the entire place so you can have a truly unique farmstay experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a beautiful river just steps away and very close to tourist spots. If you would like to experience a personal touch with warm friendly hosts who can turn into friends like family, this is definitely a go to. Looking forward to returning for another stay.

Great place to stay. Very calm and beautiful. Walkable distance to river access. Mr Prakash was a very humble host. There is no kitchen available, but you can order food via app. Note that two rooms have a common bathroom. So ensure that you book both rooms for utmost privacy. During my visit, I was the only guest, so did not face any problem.

Great stay...be sure the location is suitable for you...our plan was balamuri falls and KSR dam. Nice stay, hospitable, very good care taker... Thank you Tejas for fire camp setup and lighting. No food is there.. it is individual home, two rooms at the terrace... Ground floor is 1 BHK home.... TV, fridge, speakers everything is there.. reg this discuss before you book.. Care taker was really good..., family friendly stay...

We had a pleasant & excellent stay in the farmstay. Owner was very humble & helpful. Caretaker of property also given extra care & service especially for our baby. Location also nature friendly & walkable distance to kaveri river & Kashi vishwanath temple.

When they say Homestay, they mean it. Tejas and his mother Triveni went above and beyond to make us feel at home and not just that, they stretched beyond expectation to help me procure all pooja items needed. They truly redefine the word "hospitality". The icing on the cake was their organizing a Hindi speaking, very helpful auto driver Chetan who showed us around all the temples and other places to visit. I have to say that I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The view, the quiet, the peace and the proximity to Cauvery river ghat just added so much to our experience that now I can safely say I am in love with Srirangapatna and it's very simple sweet people. Very satisfied and grateful for this experience.

Worst stay i have stayed till know the woman who is staying the stay is very worst she orders everything there is no privacy if any family or couple planning to visit kindly i suggest you all dont go to that stay where that lady is there
