Green island resort

There was no option for zero stars else I would have given it. My experience with Green Island was terrible. 1. Booked and fully paid via MMT. Booking was confirmed. 2. Reached property and was told there were no rooms. 3 kids and wife in tow, and I am left high and dry. 3. Main caretaker not available on phone despite repeated calls. 4. The caretaker in the property was of no help. Could not take a decision. Made things worse by stating different stories about the situation none of which was my problem. 5. Another party facing same issue while I was there. 6. MMT Support could not reach caretaker on phone either. Good job Green Island! Nice way to screw people over during a holiday season. Zero stars and a complete waste of time.

They Scammed us! We booked online and payed forwardly, we even got a confirmation. But when we arrived, they said to us, that they do not have a room, even so no guest was there. We did not get our Money back!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Best place in the outskirts of Mysuru to cherish the greenery . Flowing water calms the mind. Big space for children to play around the property along with the activities. Pool n the water fall to get a cool pictures .Just half a kilometre away for a river play . Spacious n clean room with good service with an affordable price.Our family had a good time . Thank you

Bunch of hairs in room and bathroom, bathroom dirty. No toilet paper, 1 towel for 3, no bedside tables. A blanket without a sheet, making me wonder if it's washed between guests. Blood drops (not mine) on the bottom sheet. Room service is actually a delivery and took 1,5 hours to arrive (after many "5 minutes". All in all, avoid. I was happier to go than to come.

There were mosquitoes in room and they were not had any allout or goodnight for that. they charged me for AC room and AC was not working. Even after charging so high for room they even charged extra for water bottle. Plz note in breakfast tea or coffee not included, you have to pay extra for that

Very pleasant and peaceful expreince. View from the resort is excellent. The channel nearby is an add advantage for fun filled activities for entire family. Rooms are very neat and tidy

A new resort in the locality with great entertainment facilities. Big rooms. A tree house. Gaming facility. A canal behind the resort. Bone fire. Good food. I recommend this place.
