Tumkur Urban Resort

The ambience is calm and scenic, with lots of greenery and open spaces, making it ideal for families, friends, or even a solo relaxation getaway. The resort offers spacious rooms that are clean and decently maintained. The pool area is a major highlight - clean, well-kept, and perfect for both kids and adults.

The customer relationship is awful. Though they have reserved a slot for us and agreed to take payment after a visit, they booked the same slot to other people and cancelled us telling that they are their MD's relatives. Any company or institution who doesn't consider the customer service as the priority is good for nothing. AC is not there, lift is not available which would be difficult for the aged people to climb the steps. Overall it's a bad experience for us.

Not a good experience. Food is really awful, drink is good, service is very good, location is also good but food is really really terrible. Never go here if you are looking for tasty food. Price is exceptionally high. Not worth the money.

Rajeev uddin shaikh service was great. Really enjoyed our night because of him. Hope he has a great year ahead. One of the best experiences I had this year in 2024. Hope to have the same experience in 2025 as well Place name: coffee shop

Well located. Very nice and comfy rooms, quick room service and welcoming reception. Great ambience. Well maintained resort. Didn't wait to taste the food so can't comment.

To enjoy small event ,ie. Naming ceremony, engagements, marriage reception, get-together etc,for this is very nice place.

Urban Resort in Tumkur falls short of expectations, especially for a place that is considered a renowned resort in the area. The food is average at best, and smaller, lesser-known hotels in Tumkur offer better taste and value for money. The service is a major letdown. The staff, especially the staffs taking orders, displays an unprofessional and arrogant attitude, which is off-putting for guests. Adding to the disappointment, the menu is printed on plain paper, which is surprising for a resort of this stature. The atmosphere is decent, but it doesn't make up for the lackluster experience. The resort is also highly overpriced given the quality of food and service. Even the security staff seems indifferent, using gestures with a laathi instead of approaching customers politely. Urban Resort needs significant improvements in food quality, staff behavior, and overall guest experience to live up to its reputation.
