Hotel Supriya International

The food was amazing! I ordered Chicken Pepper Dry, Prawns Tandoori, Lemon Soda with Salt and Sweet, Chicken Tandoori, and Chicken Fried Rice. The Prawns Tandoori especially had so awesome taste -- very impressive. Overall, it was super -- I'd give it 10/10. But the Fried Rice had no salt at all, and the taste was very plain. It lacked flavor completely. The Tandoori Chicken was also very good. However, the Chicken Pepper Dry had very little flavor, and the chicken didn't feel very fresh.

It has been a pleasure to return to this hotel, which in my opinion is much needed in Sirsi. There are no international brands here, so it is good have an excellent local hotel.||I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay here with my wife, and was very impressed with the staff and the services provided.||The room was very spacious, clean and well maintained.|I would recommend a room on the 5th floor with a view at the side of the hotel.||Housekeeping were helpful, considerate, prompt and discreet.|The food at the vegetarian restaurant was amazing with excellent choices for Breakfast. My thanks again to Manjunath, Chandrakant and Maruti.||The Staff were polite, courteous, attentive and intuitive, they went over and above what was asked and they really make this hotel shine.||I hope to visit again soon. ||Many thanks

The restaurant here is worthless. When I visited it a year ago..it was impressive..But now, no item is tasty. Paneer masala given with roti was tasting like Payasa. Literally it was full of sweet. Even the veg kolhapuri was sweet. I don't know what obsession the cook has towards sweet. The servers don't know to serve. For every service, we need to ask. Even, for curd rice, we asked for a pickle which was supposed to be given by default. They don't know how to engage with customers.Upon that, All are three digit priced items. Really not good.

I recently visited their non restaurant and was fully disappointed with their food and amount of time they take to serve. We visited on a Saturday evening and ordered chicken tandoori and lollipop.. chicken tandoori was over filled with masala and it was not at all good. We had to waste most part of it. Lollipop was good . Chicken Sukka was ok ok and mutton masala was good. Biryani was pathetic . But the most pathetic experience is there serving time . After placing order we literally waited for an hour to get our food and they were least bothered to serve . If chefs are not enough then please close the restaurant for customers rather wasting our time in sitting and waiting for the food.

No hot water since two days, front desk says something not working and they are adament on no resolving the issue by saying hotel runs on solar, they think people just buy it. Pump is not working.. this is not international hotel. Atleast they have to arrange hot water in bucket thet dont even offer for that.. its so incovinience and if anybody booking first check so they have hot water? Ac is working.. also ask them to check and then book. Ac was also not working after 10 calls finally they changed the filters and fixed the ac. This hotel does not provide a basic amenities

This hotel claims to provide 24-hour hot running water. However, despite multiple requests, there was no hot water even at 8 in the morning, causing great inconvenience. A basic amenity like this should be consistently available, especially when advertised as a key feature. The lack of prompt service and response was disappointing. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures a better experience for future guests.

Absolutely no hot water or timely room cleaning service. It has to be requested at the reception and you forget during your busy day while stepping out and you come back to a room with no towels, drinking water or hot water. The management doesn't bother to take accountability and at least offer reasonable discount for lack of service even after explicitly stating the issues and requesting discount for that.

Service is bad. In fact terrible. Restaurant is sad and the staff not friendly. Executive room was good. Had all amenities. But my friends room did not hv hot water
