I recently visited Benchkal Resort with my cousins. The staff and management welcomed us so well. Refreshing drinks were served during the Welcome. The fun activities and adventure games were really fun and amazing. The team ensured their presence at every activity for continued assistance. The games included were rope games, zip line and cycle zip line The noon break for lunch was amazing with unlimited buffet and very delicious food with both veg and Non veg( Halal). Post lunch the pool was open and Rain dance with beat music Evening snacks were provided with Tea and coffee. Best place to visit with family and friends.

We visited the resort for a day outing and had a great experience! The food was delicious and well-prepared. A big thanks to the receptionist who was extremely helpful - they assisted us in cooking baby food on-site and even provided an additional room free of cost so our 6-month-old baby could rest comfortably. Their hospitality truly made our short visit smooth and memorable. Highly recommend this place for families with little ones!

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Price I had a very unpleasant stay at Benchkal Resort. The rooms were poorly maintained and far from clean. Basic hygiene seemed to be a major issue throughout the property. The washbasin in our room was filthy and, despite multiple reminders, it took over 30 minutes for someone to come and clean it. The food was another major letdown -- limited options, below average taste, and definitely not worth the price. For the amount we paid, we could have enjoyed a far more luxurious and comfortable experience elsewhere. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. It lacks basic standards of hospitality and cleanliness. Definitely not value for money.
