Responses were occasionally slow, and staff attentiveness could be better coordinated. However, the team was polite and well-meaning, and with a bit more training and streamlined management, the hospitality can definitely rise to the level of the resort's physical excellence.||With a few refinements in guest care, this resort has all the makings of a truly exceptional destination.

One of the best experience in resort. The service was good and the resort was maintained well. The staffs were also friendly. I went with my family and it was worth the visit. Resort was surrounded by mango and coconut trees. Morning was like we are close to the nature. Rooms were clean. The location is near to places like Elephant camp, safari. Only drawback is the food might be little expensive but the taste was good.

I visited many times just because it was very convenient for my travel route!! Every time one or other bad experience.!! Food is not good.. and in-room dining they completely forgot we ordered and say sorry it was mistake, and now the kitchen closed! Multiple times food quantity was wrong and after raising concern they correct it and say sorry! I think people there takes sorry for granted and keep saying after not doing there job correctly!! Also never stay more than a day!! Bcoz after house keeping cleaning.. one thing or other will be missing.. even it was not costly item, after raising concern they act like nothing happened and denied we haven't found anything.. I'm wring this review now because this time I forgot an item.. may be 700rs worth (very important to me).. I called and told them it is very important and need it back!! They simply say we will check and never updated it. Spend 3K to travel back and asked in person as it was something very important!! But didn't get any good response.. Very back attitude and behaviour.. They keep us waiting long time and does nothing. I'm done with this hotel now!! It was my mistake I went there again and again! Having this kind of people with good location is of no use!!

I loved your resort mainly for making it eco-friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. All the staff were polite, helpful & courteous. Food was served in melamineware with cotton napkins making it eco-friendly. I would suggest you replace the plastic bowls, spoons that you served soup, sweets etc with reusable cutlery. Thankyou for making our stay comfortable.

Good stay in Malnad Shire. Clean rooms and a clean, large pool. The room service was also prompt - contrary to what some of the reviews said. The food quality was inconsistent ranging from Very Good(Dal Kichidi, Club Sandwich, Hot and Sour soup, Banarasi Dum Aloo) to Average(dosa at breakfast, pasta, noodles) to Bad(Idlies and coffee at breakfast). The time taken to serve food at the reataurant(Melange) is way too long and definitely needs immediate attention - it appears to be sufficiently staffed but I'm not sure if the bottleneck is with the kitchen staff. The 173 degree resto bar had a very good ambience and setup. Overall it's a well maintained property that's worth the price you pay and our stay was memorable.

The property is one clean and well-maintained space. And the hospitality- just topped it. We stayed as a family for 3 nights and house keeping was on dot. Restaurant-amazing with very minimal waiting time. Taste and service were commendable

The hospitality was very good and rooms were maintained clean. I would love to visit again and recommend others too to visit this place . The food and the organization of things were appreciable. Nice memories we made for our special day.|Thank you for such a wonderful memory
