Jewel Rock Hotel

It's in good location just 10 mints from railway station. Hotel looks good, rooms are big and even the wash room. Bed is very old and walls of the rooms looked old. ||Service is very fast. It's basically a old 3 star hotel which can be related 2 Star now. ||There is a vegetarian restaurant where the quality of good is also good.||Overall an Average budget Hotel

Jewel Rock Hotel is in a nice spot. Rooms are clean and big. Staff are friendly. Food tastes good. A few small problems like mosquitoes, but overall it's a good place to stay.

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms. The size of the twin beds is a little small but overall the rooms are cozy. The staff is courteous and helpful. The place offers ample parking space in a conjusted neighbourhood. The restaurant offers veg options and the food was simple, tasty, and affordable. Overall I would definitely recommend the place.

I checked into this hotel with an old remembrances but it has failed to maintain the same old royal dignity. Felt very bad when I asked for a liquid mosquito repellent. The response from the person on reception desk was like arrogant way I hope I will never look at this hotel in the future and I used to recommend this hotel whenever people ask for the information. I will remove this hotel in future and will highlight the arrogant response of the person sitting at the reception. Request people not to stay at this hotel if you are looking for a happy and nice Sleep without mosquito bites. It's because of my experience today at this hotel.

The room was kinda decent. Lots of mosquitoes at night even tho the windows were closed. We booked two rooms in which my room didn't get hot water. The exhaust fan is too small for the steam coming from the shower during hot bath to let it go out of the bathroom which feels suffocated. The bathroom was bit smelly which was bearable. No kettle or any other complementary items other than soap and towel. Decent parking space on offer with good restaurant. Overall a very average stay..

Excellent food and location. Rooms are a bit old but great hospitality.

Went only for dinner. Very nice bar. Slightly overpriced I thought. The food's decent. Service is nice.

Really worst service, i just cald them to book a room and said we are couples, the receptionist said ok, and then all the way we drove and reached the room there they suddenly said no . couples are not allowed.. really worst, awkward service, not even a good parking facilities.
