Great B&L with Restaurant & Hive_Bar . Ambience is Minimalistic... Neat & Clean . Staff is Well Behaved. This venue is Great in terms of Top_Standards at affordable Prices.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES. Very bad experience. Employees were very rude. They did not give toiletry kit and there are no shops around to get them. Bathrooms are stinking and the exhausts make a lot of noise. Complementary breakfast meni is limited in quantity. Stained soiled towels. Bath door floor mat is dirty. They were not ready to address any issues.

Highly satisfied and happy with the stay and food in cliff embassy. Special mention about Mr Shafuddin who was very helpful from the time of booking till exit for all the queries and arrangements. All 4 rooms were near and tidy and room service was prompt. Food in restaurant was tasty, and price is very reasonable. Must try for the stay and food. Location is very much in city and our families were happy about best find in the city

I did not like the maintenance because bathroom matt was dirty. And in bathroom we found used towel. There was no basic toiletry kit. After reaching room we need to ask in particular and then we get. It should not be like this. After terrified travel people come to rest. They should have maintained before.

I would like to personally say Thanks for prompt response by the management for installation of my request channel, Great and God bless The stay was very comfortable with proper hygeine,the staff were very courteous and polite Special thanks to Ravi Gupta at reception who was very caring and patient. The staff at restaurant shambhu gave us excellent service with yummy food we enjoyed each and every dish. Thanks to Sukanya at reception who was polite and smiling always Overall I enjoyed my stay each day, infrastructure was also great with the hotel at prime location where we could get easy access to transport , would like to visit again Thanks to the Management for installation of my favourite channel immediately

WOULD STRICTLY NOT RECOMMEND STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Not worth the place you pay for a stay in this hotels. Watch out for other hotels with better service. I travel to Shivamogga regularly and stayed in most of the hotels and this one is the worst I have ever stayed. Had a worst & unpleasant experience staying at this hotel which is unprofessionally managed. We had booked 2-rooms and both the rooms were untidy even though we checked-in lately. It's been 24-hours we have checked out and they have not provided the bill/invoice which was communicated that it would be sent via WhatsApp. The staff were rude, impolite and non-cooperative with the customers. No proper information was provided during check-in or check-out. The bathrooms were slippery, no toiletries available, very dim lighting in the rooms, dressing table lights not working and a host of other things not as per the hospitality standards you would find in other hotels. They have a bar at the top and there is lot of noise in the night and your good sleep is disturbed. Most of the in-mates/residents especially when occupied by bachelors tend to be a nuisance as the rooms are not sound proof and make a hell out of noise disturbing the other residents. I complained 4 times, messaged them 2 times but there was no proper response or action taken. The staff were least bothered about this.

Its a perfect hotel for a short business stay, Food is good and reasonable. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is very polite.

Our stay was amazing at this hotel. The rooms are bigger, well maintained and ambience is good. The rooms are priced reasonable and inside the city makes a good choice. The restaurant serves great breakfast which is in ground floor.
