Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the front desk lady. Upon checkout, we received a call a few hours later from a hotel staff member accusing us of taking a charger from a neighboring room. We had absolutely no involvement in this and did not even know anyone staying there. Despite our firm denial, we were contacted again--this time by the front desk lady--who not only continued to falsely accuse us but also resorted to abusive language and harassment. This was completely unacceptable and made our experience even worse. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The way they treat guests is appalling, and I would never consider staying here again. Terrible experience! Literally rowdy behaviour from the front desk lady. She shouts and yells at customer and uses abusive language. She must be arrested by police.

Rude Receptionist & False Accusations - Avoid This Hotel Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the receptionist. Right from check-in, she was arrogant and unhelpful. The worst part came after we had checked out. Hours later, she called us, falsely claiming that someone from the neighboring room had given us a charger before leaving for a wedding. Which wedding? Which charger? What nonsense was she making up? Despite our clear denial, she kept insisting and even fabricated a claim that we had "admitted" to taking it earlier. When we stood our ground, she became aggressive and started making threats.Literally a rowdy behaviour from this lady. She shouts and yells and uses abusive language at customers. She must be arrested by police. Such unethical behavior and harassment of guests are unacceptable.I have never seen such a terrible lodging experience. I strongly advise against staying here--there are far better hotels with honest and respectful staff.

What terrible management. I had a confirmed booking on booking.com, but on arriving, the management said there are no rooms available, they'd given away our room, even when we had a confirmation. Not only that, they tried to pin the blame on us, saying we didn't make an advance payment. Nobody reached out to us for an advance payment. They were blaming us saying you know there is a wedding so you should have paid in advance. How the hell would I know there is a wedding in town. A total joke of an establishment, the son mother duo were shouting throughout.

Disgusting experience, booked 2 rooms via booking.com. Travelled all the way and during checkin they said no rooms are available and left us in a fit before an important function. Upon this they were screaming at us inspite of their blunder. They said booking.com is a formality and having the confirmation means nothing. If i could, I would rate it lower. Should not sign up for booking.com if you don't even know you can message or cancel booking to not inconvenience people.

The lodge is renovated recently. It is located in city limits, walkable and management is approachable too. It's quite, even if located in busy lane...hot water facility is good, bathroom is clean. If you need extra beddings they ll provide you sooner. We got to know by manager, about other tourist places located and very important Timings, it helped us cover the distance and reach destined place and catch the momentous natural habitats... Nature is vibrant here, cool, calm and friendly .

Front desk lady is very rude.. please don't go to this hotel.. behavioural issues.. all boys staff were very polite and well assisted.. majorly big behavioural issues by front desk lady cum owner...

Very good rooms and Services. All Staffs are friendly behaviour. Rooms are very neat and clean and have big space. Hotel is in budget to book rooms.

Very bad experience. Bed bugs, uncleaned bedsheet. Rude behaviour by the person in the reception. He claims to be son of lodge person.
