Capital O 35621 Hotel Durga International

I reached with my family on October 3rd early morning . We were allotted rooms on 3rd floor. Unfortunately, lifts were not working. Therefore aged ladies were forced to use stairs, which they were extremely unhappy about. Rooms were unclean, no Telephones, Toilet spray was not working and absolutely no house keeping. Hotel did not have enough staff but were ready to offer service. Unfortunately staff were not trained well to offer effective service to customers. Customers are left at their own mercy. This hotel is not at all good for family stay. Overall, this was the worst ever hotel stay of my life.

The most horrible experience I had ever. Oyo associating with a hotel of this standard was shocking. I guess that shows Oyo is not very diligent in ensuring every detail is accounted for. No Lift, terrible hard(like a rock ,not kidding)mattress, terrible pillows, unclean bathrooms, balcony door with no proper locks from within. We had booked AC rooms and unfortunately they had AC only in the 3rd floor which meant we had to trek all the way up and down several times a day for BF, Lunch, Dinner etc. Noisy as its right next to the highway. I wonder how on earth did this sorry state of a hotel get a 3.5 star rating from its clientele. We got tricked by its 3.5 rating on some website. I hope the rest of you don't fall for it. The photos look very polished probably because they are clicked when the hotel opened its doors. I wish they maintained it well but its far from what you can expect. We ask for towels in the evening and the staff says why do you need towels now when the hot water will only be available next morning. Such is the arrogance. Book at your own risk.

If you book through online and on reaching at the hotel they will tell you first they don't have rooms. They will make you panic and try to get more money. Don't book this hotel. No lift. Ac doesn't work. No lock for bolcony and bathrooms. No door or any blinds for bathroom window. Transference to outside.Staffs are very rude. Always with cheating mind. Always try to grab more money by putting you in panic situation.|

Very nice hotel to stay with family...the property has both veg and non veg restaurant..the food was awesome..the hotel is very hygienic and comfortable..staffs are so humble and care..enjoyed the whole stay...love it..give it a try

The rooms were cancelled a day before even after paying FULL PAYMENT . They called us a day before to inform this and refund will be done after 10 days ,very bad management. Pls don't do any payment and book try to avoid it and make you only pay there in the counter ,very bad experience

Very bad worst hotel i have come across. Bathroom condition was utterly bad. Water was leaking. Hotel does not have landline service in room. Room service also utterly bad.

Worse...... Room wasn't clean. Service is pathetic. The commode was leaking from behind when you flush. There is no window to close in bathroom

It has best service and best food Best to spend weekend with frnzzz and family Staffs are kind And nice hospitality And not to forget to have chicken ghee roast
