The resort in fact looks good and can host a function very well, but this bad review is only towards the staff, omg such a bad attitude they have got, they are not at all ready to clean the rooms, in buffet food if you ask them for another roti or some more rice they give a stare as if we are eating for free, such a pathetic staff they have got.. definitely won't recommend to anyone as the main purpose of visiting resorts is to get good service which isn't available at this place.

It's an awesome place to chill. Mangement is cooperative and service is good. More than anything, it's easily reachable.

I had booked this place for my parents anniversary and we had sent an advance of 10k to confirm the booking. We were around 20 people and had booked the entire venue. These people cancelled the booking the day before we had to checkin and didn't even inform us. We got to know that the booking had been cancelled just a day before and when we called to ask why they didn't even inform us, the response was that we had not called them, hence they gave the booking to someone else, this is absurd as the advance was given as a point of confirmation. The owner or the manager who spoke with us was rude and unprofessional. We came to know that they cancelled the booking because they got a booking for a larger crowd. We had to search for an another venue at the last moment because of these people. I would recommend never to go to this hell hole. The service was very unprofessional. I did see another review where they had done this previously and should have been aware of this. So this is a habitual practice for these people. Please anyone who wants to book this place. DONOT do it..they will cancel u at the last moment and u may have to face a lot of issues. We had to fight to get back our booking amount. We had to struggle to find a different venue at the last moment. All because these people wanted more money.

Literally the worst service and management experience I've ever come across. The whole management is a scam. The person whom we spoke to and paid cash for advance booking stated that the booking is canceled. When we asked why, he said we had not called to confirm - whereas in other resorts they call the customers to confirm if we are checking in or not. When we shared the screenshot of GooglePay payment reference and WhatsApp chat, he confessed that they got a larger crowd booking and canceled our booking without informing us. This was done to us the day before we had to check-in. We had to face a lot of struggle to find another place in the last min. We had to fight for weeks to get back our advance money too. Such unprofessional behaviour from the management! I would never recommend this place to anyone, I'm sure this would be a repetition to you too. All they do is extort money from you and never provide the service they promised. DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE!

The worst part about this resort is the management . We had booked this resort for 8 people and also paid advance of 10k a week before the planned dates. All of a sudden just 2 days before the planned dates-Owner of this resort called us to say we are cancelling your reservation and sent us a message saying ' your reservation has been cancelled as we have got a bigger group coming on the same dates ' I strongly not recommend this place to anyone as they do not have the basic ethics of business and takes customers for granted . End of the day we are happy this guy cancelled as we landed up to a much better resort where the owner and the staffs were extremely friendly which made us feel at home...

Had been to this place for my buddy's engagement. The place is lovely with two swimming pools and one of them attached with a kids pool. Lovely venue for celebrating any occasion with friends and family. Except for the power fluctuations on day one and the need to search for the staff at the venue everytime it was pretty much a blast.

One of the best places I have ever stayed! They have the well trained staff to take care of the clients! I was fotunate to be here and enjoy their world class hospitality! Will definitely visit again

If you want to host a personal intimate event for around 50 people I cannot recommend this place enough . It's the best choice for in and around Bangalore . Very economical very beautiful but the owner is so helpful he will arrange for everything and ensure it is done . He will go out of the way to help you . And the pricing he gives is better than anyone
