The resort look and place is good as long as you don't face or have to deal with zero resort management skilled owner. We were group of 10 and Initial assigned rooms were like dormitories with 5 beds in congested in each small room and washroom . We asked for better rooms at the cost of mandatory additional 200/- per person. We were okay because we want good experience. But kept chasing them for water for first few hours. Veg Food was average with less options and dried starters but again don't mess with owner because he can make you feel worse for no reason and had audacity to shout at you that you don't know manners with his arrogance. He can repeat this throughout the day and night until you leave /checkout . Hats-off to his hospitality. Only good thing is Swimming pool. But we don't need to travel 200-300kms from Bangalore just for it. No other activities were maintained as shown in pictures. No maintenance of indoor games or no outdoor games as well. Verdict: BE AN UNEXPECTED GUEST WHO GETS TREATED TO LEAVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF YOU FACE THE OWNER.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible resort, and it was an experience to remember! The resort offers a perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and entertainment. It's spacious, clean, and ideal for both relaxation and fun. Whether you're swimming or just lounging by the poolside, it's a fantastic spot to unwind.

It was such an amazing experience at the resort with breathtaking views. Our kids enjoyed Zipline,water swing,swimming pool and rain dance. The owner was very humble. I highly recommend this place... if you're looking for a nice family outing just go for it.

We group of 31 had been to sereno resort sakleshpur ,We had a good experience as rooms were well maintained,food was tasty, we had told few starters at last moment but they made a point to serve us.we had absolutely no restrictions from the owner about anything. Pool was maintained well,staff were good. It's a place for family and friends to enjoy. Few things to the people who want to visit,there won't be network, so download the route map,it's a mud road few kms from main road to the resort.wifi is available only at the reception.no kids pool. The owner,Mr .Raj and his wife they were friendly,co operative .felt it was our own resort for a day. Thank you for that and all the very best ,hoping to be there again as you have promised for making it still better in future visits.

The service and overall experience were extremely disappointing. The food quality was poor, and they repeated the same dishes. There were no games or activities available, and the pictures shown on the website were outdated by 7 years. The actual condition of the place was shocking and far from what was advertised. The worst part was when we visited as a group of 140 employees. While checking out, one of the room keys was handed over to a resort employee who then left out with it. They refused for smooth checkout, which was holding three buses until they recovered the key on arrival of staff who took key. which caused a 45-minute delay, with all employees waiting on the buses. This, in turn, delayed our arrival in Bangalore by over an hour, well into the night. I strongly advise staying away from this place. The management is more focused on making money than providing a pleasant, service-oriented experience. Resort is situated deep inside from main road,

The resort is well maintaiend and clean There is no room service but a good place to sit for dining and enjoy pool view. It is a spacious resort. It was dissapoiting from hospitality point of view as the owner is very arrogant and does not know how to behave with guests. There was a misunderstanding of our team taking some starters from the buffet and in stead of making those house rules clear from the check in time he was vwry rude. He even told me have I ever gone to a resort. I calmly told him that he has to just make these rules clear. The food was below average and there was a big goof up which i am sure my team members will give reviews for Bangalore IT population and corporate team outings. There was often no water in the rooms and you have to chase the staff to get water. I feel the owner needs a professional manager as the layout of the resort and cleanliness is very good. Owner Sir please change your attitude as this wont work out in long run if you want premium guests coming to the resort. I know you wont agree as lot of guests already had mentioned but looks like it has fallen into deaf years. Best of luck for your resort endevours.

They have mentioned the activities was not available and the food service is to bad Bad For 1ltr water bottle they charge 30/ Additional starts they are not providing to the customers . It is not suitable for family and friends because they are not providing any activities. They should update there food ,activities , and they way of treating customers. This resort is not worth wi-Fi connection is too poor.
