One of the amazing stay in Sakleshpur. River view from property, hospitality by host/staff and the food, everything is exceptionally good. Property is well maintained with plants. Chirping bird's, sets a peaceful atmosphere for a much needed break from city life. Highly recommended !!

I had a great experiance staying at the homestay, all thanks to the exceptional hospitality from Mr. Royston. The food was incredibly delicious, giving off that perfect home-cooked vibe and always served on time. The views from the property were stunning, creating a peaceful atmosphere that enhanced our experience. The cleanliness of the place was good, and Mr. Royston was always quick to provide anything we needed with a smile. His kindness truly made our stay memorable, and he also provided great guidance on the places to visit. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with friends and family! It was definitely worth the money spent, and we found ourselves wanting to stay at the resort rather than exploring other places.

Located in a peaceful place near coffee plantation. Had a great time there and the hosts were friendly. Little bit inside the main road but located in a calm and secluded place. The owner had us assisted in his own car and. The food was amazing and was like homefood and they had a variety of food. Good place if looking for a pleasant vacation away from busy city.

The stay is beyond expectations and the host went beyond and above to take care of all our needs. The location is serene and peaceful with greenary all around and the river flowing right in front. The rooms and the area was very neat and clean. They cooked really delicious South Indian meals, tea/ coffee and snacks. For the kid they provided with milk or curd whenever we asked. Many tourist spots are also nearby from here although we spent most of the time at the property. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would recommend everyone to visit this place if you want a peaceful stay.

Indeed a beautiful place to stay, very good location, near to city, awesome food. This place is on the bank of river and surrounded by coffee plantations. You won't regret staying here. We were hosted by Mr. Roystan, he is an amazing person, he can arrange what ever you want. The only con I see is, as these houses are build of metal sheets, it gets hot after 9am and you can't bear the temperature in mid day. They should provide AC at least.

This is the best homestay where you can enjoy the nature and delicious food. Hospitality is top notch and the host is very humble and polite. Host make sure they serve food to your preferences. We visited this place on our wedding anniversary and to our surprise the hosts brought us a cake to celebrate which was a sweet gesture. Property is very good and well maintained. For us It was a peaceful stay with a beautiful view of river just opposite to the stay. This place is pet friendly and hosts make sure they provide adequate amount of food for the pets anytime of the day. Hosts will accompany you to the railway bridge and the tunnel. Both the places are perfect for photo-shoot. Overall, i would say Fernandes Homestay is well located and has better connectivity to the City tourists spots.

The host was very kind and humble. Food was great. But this is not a homestay. It's a makeshift arrangement. It's just shipping containers turned into rooms. The rooms are tiny with low tin roofs, bathroom even smaller. View is good but not safe.
