The Runnel Sakleshpur

Me and my wife stayed at 'The Runnel' for a night. We actually want to cut off from the city and stay close to nature, and this happened to be a perfect place. The place is quite self-sufficient with places to walk and relax. All facilities in the room with sitting place outside to relax. Absolutely no pollution, even no noise from outside. Most importantly the person Mohan who is taking care of guest is courteous and always available to help, the food provided were quite tasty and customised to the taste requirements of guest. We had a good time spending quality time in this property.

Small and cosy place. Wonderful staff and great host. Food is very nice and neat and well maintained rooms. Beautiful view from the sunset point. Do not miss out on the wonderful waterfall. No alcohol is served but if you bring your own bottles the staff will gladly chill it for you. We will definitely be coming back here with our dog.

I had been to this resort with couple of friends and had the opportunity to stay for 2 nights . The stay, food and service was excellent. The owner- Mr Abhi was courteous and very accommodating. The food was top notch and the chef Mr Mohan was considerate to customize to our needs. This is an excellent property if you want to windup and enjoy nature.

Right from the moment we entered and till the time we checked out, the experience was surreal. From welcoming and cheerful staffs to the location of the resort, to arrangements made, everything was up to the mark. Good hospitality from the owner and the staff.We hope to revisit the Runnel resort sometime in the future, possibly for a longer stay.

At runnel resort I had the privilege of staying for two nights at your beautiful resort, it was the perfect place to get away for a few days and we enjoyed every minute. We were given one of the swiss tent in the original part of the resort that overlooked the hills. It couldn't have been any better. The place was very memorable stay for my friends and I. The runnel was truly a place I will long remember.

This is a must visit property.. situated amidst dense saklespur hills. This property is serene and very peaceful... Kudos for the chef n his team for preparing very tasty dishes.. very friendly staff who are always ready to help... I recommend everyone to experience the beauty of the Runnel resort. Mr. Abhishek the owner is a very nice person, takes real care of his customers. We really enjoyed our stay with family and kids.

Had a terrible stay .The rooms were not cleaned and huge spiders were found and their webs. The rooms had stains and insufficient lighting. The bathroom door had no working lock. Their service was extremely bad . They gave us torn and dirty towels .the host ignored our complaints and didn't manage the homestay at all. The food was terrible and insufficient.the scenery was nice though. There where some nice places to visit near by too.

Recently I stayed in this property and I must say literally we enjoyed our stay. I took a villa suits and it's awesome.. Food was awesome and atmosphere is mind blowing.. My in laws also enjoyed... Had a great trip.. I would definitely recommend this property..
