Brindhavan Homestay

Rooms are big and clean. However, one of the washrooms stank and the faucet was broken. The fans in both rooms were quite useless as they did not have much speed and the regulators were connected to wall fans installed separately. Additionally, the food was below average. But the location was awesome and so was the property.

The home stay is very comfortable and spacious for large to medium group gatherings. We had a great new year night stay in this property. All the arrangment including room service, burn fire, lunch dinner and breakfast everything was excellent. One thing is that the bathrooms are not covered in the one room which we had booked for our stay. So if any one goes for the toilet, the smell spreads throughout the room. There is a swimming pool which is also not maintained. Other than these two concerns all ok. Especially the service and the staff are exceptionally good and quick in service.

We recently had the opportunity to stay here. The property is located at a beautiful location. The highlight of the homestay was food. It was REALLY a pleasant surprise and made the stay every penny worth it. The rooms are quite basic for the amount charged. They can improvise WIFI connectivity as the phones do not have network at all. So without network, it would become really difficult to communicate if you needed something urgently. Also, the gas geysers need some fixing. The smell of gas was really alarming. Also the temperature was set such that only luke warm water was available and not hot. This can be an issue in winters. Also, it would be nice if they provide one basic dresser with full mirror in the room. Currently they have only one small mirror and a cupboard near washroom. Overall, it was a nice and pleasant stay. If you are looking to spend quality and peaceful time with your family and friends and enjoy tasty food, this would be your place! Excellent atmosphere and arrangements. A perfect spot to chill with your family and friends. Campfire, walking trails, viewpoints, and on top, delicious and fresh food make it a unique experience. The management and staff members are too guest-friendly and their attitude and approach worth a special mention.

We, group of 4 families, visited this homestay with no expectations as other resorts/homestays were booked in summer break. But what we had was one of our best stays for 3 nights here. Starting with food - the spread is limited but with the most authentic tastes - especially the jackfruit palya and neer dosas. They have decent amount of indoor games - foozball, cricket etc. The best of all was the fresh water pool where we and our kids spent most of our times in. They also have a couple of nearby trekking places with breath taking views at the top. Sathish, the young chap maintaining this homestay, took extra effort to make kites for the kids to fly - which was greatly appreciable. They also arrange camp fires with lip smacking snacks. The care taker, Harish and his family, also made sure that the dinner/lunch available at any time after we come back from sight-seeing. Rooms were big enough to accomodate 6 adults. But the big turn off was the fans - they dont operate at full speed. If you are visiting during winter, it should not be a problem. Overall a great vacation we had in a while, in Brindhavan homestay and we are definitely planning to come here again.

Great hospitality, excellent hosts. Good food. Awesome experience that I had in this homestay as I stayed during October last week. The family who takes care of the homestay prepared amazing vegetarian food recipes based on our interest. Thanks to Harish and his family. The safety guards such as 3 pets, they have - Spike, Gante and Munna - very intelligent pets. They were safeguarding you wherever you go, including the sunset point that we visited. The pool kind of setup they have is good and clean farm water. The artificial falls they have is really great and not to miss. Overall pleasant experience and definitely will visit again. One of the best homestays in Saklespura. We have stayed during Diwali week, from 1-3 November. Highly recommended for food, service, accommodation, and most importantly hospitality of hosts Dhanush, Satish, Harish and family. Felt like home. Would love to come back again

I had a fantastic time at Brindavan Homestay, where the highlight was undeniably the superb food - reminiscent of pure home-cooked meals. The ambience was delightful, and the staff were incredibly supportive. It's a very decent place to stay, offering small indoor games and evening activities such as exploring the coffee estate and watching the sunset, not to mention the enjoyable night campfires with starters. Overall, my experience was wonderful and amazing, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
